The hostel is really close to Kyoto Station, about a five-minute walk, and there are supermarkets, malls, and plenty of restaurants nearby. They have check-in guides in Chinese, the entire hostel feels quite new, it's clean and tidy, and there's an elevator. The common area even has a Nintendo Switch. Plus, you can store your luggage for free after check-out.

Not expecting this hostel to be this good. It was clean, convenient and travel-friendly. The room was small but for those who only come back to the hotel after like 12hours outside, this was perfect. The soundproof wasnt really nice but i don’t mind, people travelling to Japan behave nicely anyway :))

Loved this place so much! It's a shame we only booked one night. We didn't meet the host at all; it was a completely self-check-in experience. Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities were available for self-service purchase. They also offered bike rentals (1000 JPY per bike per day). Additionally, there was a 200 JPY tax per person. At first, I wondered how to pay the tax since we didn't see the host, but then I found the reservation confirmation and a QR code on the table in the room, which allowed us to scan and pay directly! Our room was on the second floor and had its own toilet and sink, while the shower room was shared and located outside. The room was really beautiful, and the kids loved it. I thought a wooden room might have poor soundproofing, but it was surprisingly quiet. We went to bed before 7 PM and didn't hear a sound. In the morning, we also enjoyed some hot white rice porridge, which was fantastic! I hope to have the chance to stay for a few more nights next time!

This hostel's rooms are located on the first floor, making them ideal for those traveling with large luggage. The rooms are spacious and have their own private toilet, though bathrooms are shared with other guests. Delicious porridge is provided each morning, adding a warm touch. A washing machine is also available (600 yen) for extended stays. Located within a local wet market, the hostel offers a quiet and authentic local atmosphere, offering an ideal combination of convenience and comfort.

It's a little too expensive for the quality of the service. It's really inconvenient with the sinks and shower rooms being on the second floor and your room is on the fourth floor. The staff spoke english which was good but aside from having to put the bedsheets on yourself, the cleaning staff didn't do their job properly with trash still on the bed.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Cons: - Located on the outskirts of Kyoto. - Towels are not included in the price. Pros: - Good room and bed - Clean - Beautiful interior - Bath with a small hot pool (work time 16:00-22:30) - Outdoor recreation areas. You can order breakfast for 750 yen. Yukata rental 200 yen, towels 100 each. There is a vending machine with drinks and beer. Check out 10:00.

Arrived at 10 which still not the time for check in, but the staff understand my situation and very nicely let me check in earlier and bring me to my room, so i dont have to rush and check in on 3 pm. Really appreciate theres lots of restrooms, the only problem is the room is a bit muggy. Other than that, its really nice

Very satisfied with my last stay, clean and comfortable This time, I felt that the dishwashing staff on the second floor were really busy. I didn't dare to stay for a long time. I felt like they were unhappy. They were like this at night and during the day when the food was being collected... I just happened to be in a good mood. Yeah..but it’s awesome even if the bowl is too loud and the cup is not broken👍
