The location is about a 10–15 minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. The check-in desk is located deep inside a bar, which makes it a bit difficult to find. There is no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage should be careful, as carrying bags up the stairs can be inconvenient and unsafe

This is a large international chain hotel with excellent facilities, good hygiene, a top-notch environment, and standardized service. The hotel is located across the water from Central Station, and there's a free ferry service available 24/7. The pier and the view of the water are beautiful, and crossing the sea every day adds a unique charm to the experience.

The hostel location is good, the people there is friendly. The receptionist they are nice people, I choose the female dormitory there were 20 beds inside there is also a toilet there inside. The lobby is a little small, there’s no kitchen where u can cook ya know but I HAD A NICE 2 nights stay! The tram is just like 1min walk away. The only thing i didn’t like that u need to do your bed like u are the one who’s gonna put your bedsheet cover, pillow and comforter cover. But overall everything is ok! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. There’s a 3 toilet and 2 shower also, I don’t even feel that I was sharing the bathroom with some people hehe thank you!

Had a lovely stay great value for the price and not too far out of central. Has a lovely park right as you walk outside and had a very friendly atmosphere, was pride when I went so party’s were in the hostel but nothing I didn’t expect! Would stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this hostel and truly enjoyed every moment. The place was very clean, well-organized, and the rooms were comfortable with everything a traveler might need. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it easy to meet other guests and feel at home. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with recommendations or any requests. The location was also perfect, close to public transportation, attractions, and local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

I like this hotel to stay. I loved their cleanliness, friendly staff, location. Everything was clean and tidy as expected. It was a cube , so we enjoy this stay. Most importantly the location was great. From central station only 4/5 minutes walk and all attractions also nearby. Thank you all for this great service.

The hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city center. If you take bus number 21 from Amsterdam Centraal and get off at Solebaystraat, it's then a 5-6 minute walk. You can also reach the hotel within a 5-minute distance from Schiphol Airport by taking two trams with a transfer. The surrounding area is quieter, not as crowded or noisy as the city center. But since it's still easily accessible to the center, I was very happy with the peaceful location. The hotel operates somewhat like a hybrid between a hostel and a hotel, with small private rooms. Toilets and showers are shared. There are separate ones for men and women, as well as mixed-use facilities. The rooms, toilets, showers, and shared kitchen area were all very clean. As a solo female traveler, I only needed a place to sleep, and I was very satisfied. The rooms are generally very small and windowless. But aside from that, I didn't experience anything negative. If you're just using the hotel to sleep, it's perfectly adequate. All the staff were very sweet and helpful. It's a good option in terms of value for money.

This isn't a hotel, it's a dormitory-style hostel. It's a bit old, but if you're used to hostels, you should be fine. There's a women-only shower room (with 3 stalls) and two women's toilets, and they weren't particularly crowded. However, the cleaning seemed to be outsourced. Since it was only done once during the day, it could get a bit messy if used late at night or early in the morning. The room window was small and not really sufficient for ventilation. There was some kind of air purifier, but it constantly showed a red light, so I'm not sure if it was working properly. There's no air conditioning or fan, so it might be tough in peak summer or winter. The lockers are a bit small, so a 100-yen shop dial padlock was just right. The kitchen was kept clean regularly. There are four induction cooktops and a variety of cooking utensils, so about four people could cook simultaneously. It might get quite crowded during peak hours. I knew the location when I chose it, but there really isn't much around. However, Flixbus departs from the station roundabout, and if you use it, you can travel to other cities cheaper than by train. So, it might be good for sightseeing beyond the central station (Mauritshuis/Girl with a Pearl Earring, Efteling, etc.). For groceries, the Vomar supermarket (7-minute walk) is probably cheaper than the one directly in front. Overall, I had no problems during my stay, but I got the impression that there were many non-travelers, like students staying long-term or people working locally.
