The newly opened hotel is right at the back door of Plaza Mayor. The location is super good, just seven minutes walk to the palace, and about five minutes from the Ingles department store. It takes only five or six minutes to reach the subway station. The hotel is very clean and the courtyard is beautiful. The daily breakfast is a cold meal. It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff.

The location is excellent. Metro Line 1 is just 50 meters away. You can go to Atocha, Chamartin, Sofia, Prado, and Plaza del Sol with just one metro. The surrounding area is very lively, with restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. The hotel is relatively new, and extra beds will be arranged for a trip of three. The room along the street has a small terrace to view the street view. There was a small problem when we checked in. The information delivered by the agent was wrong, and check-in was delayed for a while. The hotel front desk was very polite and gave us a welcome drink so that we could wait with peace of mind. Fortunately, Ctrip handled it quickly and solved it properly.
