All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm. Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking. Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.

The rooms are very simple and warm. The hotel is located in a small forest. There are plenty of parking spaces. When I was at the breakfast shop, I found that there was no Asian face. It was a good local experience.

the room was small but very functional. very clean and all necessary amenities were supplied. water pressure in the shower was good. the tv worked fine, you can do chromecast and screen mirroring on it. we got a triple room. the bottom double bed was adjustable, it could move up for an upright position. very near the train station and main spots. the hotel recommends parking at q park which can be quite costly at 25 a night. we parked overnight (6pm-8am) at cadogan square carpark close by for just 5 a night, although the carpark does close at 9pm.

Fabulous location close to the centre, the M8 and close to the open top bus tour stops, we had 3 nights bed and breakfast at this location, reception staff were friendly on arrival and later in the evening when we were socialising in the bar area, the breakfast staff were amazing and informative in the dining area, the breakfast was a buffet and had loads on offer, the housekeeping team were amazing when we required extras for the room. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will be back in the future!

Our trip to the Z hotel was very much a picture of great service, we were checked in patiently and promptly. Upon being in the room, we eventually found a maintenance issue, which couldn’t be fixed right away. In response, the staff changed our room, and offered us a choice of complimentary food or drink as an apology. Overall they were very kind and offered a friendly face every time we were at the desk, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are small, admittedly, but that is by design and is shown when booking, the amenities are very good, and are definitely worth the price. The Z also offers a loyalty programme that is very much worth the time to look into.

If you are looking for a city centre location, this is ideal although the immediate area tends to attract a number of youngsters in an evening, whilst there is a beer garden opposite. Staff were excelent, check-in was quick. Room was large and facilities for making light meals were very good. However, the room lacked a little TLC... the shaving mirror would not hold any fixed position other than facing the floor whilst the shower support pillar came away on the first morning.... this was clearly not the first time. Maintenance did a repeat of the previous repair which lasted one day. Fixed it temporarily myself with a sticking plaster which worked perfectly well for the remainder of our visit and may possibly still be there!

Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough. Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.

I would stay again, especially if attending something at the Hydro. I was stung by the carpark as thought you had to download and pay on the app that is signposted all over the carpark. I paid £26.25 for 24 hrs, then went to check in and was told I should've waited until I checked in as it was £10! Maria, who checked us in, asked if we wanted a paper, and we told her our choice. The next morning when it didn't arrive, we asked at reception about it and were told this was not a service they offer? The only other negative was a very rude hotel guest who would not let my elderly mother and I in the lift she was in, even although plenty of space.

You can walk from Central Station, but it's a little difficult if you have luggage because it's on a hill. It takes 6-7 minutes to get to the bus stop for the airport, so it's safe even early in the morning. The room was clean, had a bathtub, and was comfortable. The classical and calm atmosphere was also nice.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was very pleasant. We were welcomed by Katt who has been very nice and friendly. We arrived around 11am in the morning and they already let us check-in early.  The room was spacious and everything is comfortable.  Our tour was leaving early the next day so we can’t take the 7am breakfast and they fixed us some breakfast to go.  Location is close to airport bus stop and walking distance to the city center / central station.  Overall, it was a great stay!

I like the service very much in a purely British hotel. I have to check out at 11 o'clock because the flight is still early. I negotiated with the hotel for a late checkout. The hotel originally said that it would charge 15 pounds for every hour of delay. Later, the hotel paid the delay fee. It’s worth recommending if you don’t need it.

The city center is cheap and there is a bar on the first floor. And it's 20-30 meters away from the train station center where I'm going to the meeting. This geographical location is absolutely amazing. The house is consistent, always English, but the security is very good, there is a bathtub in it, but the heating is not sure if it is broken or I will not use it.

When checking in, they take a deposit of 55 pounds from a credit card - after negotiations, they agreed to take it in cash. Amazing rules, the only hotel from the entire trip to the UK where they asked for a deposit. It is located five minutes walk from Glasgow central. The city center is also within walking distance. The room is very large and with excellent repair and filling. But there are no slippers, toothbrushes and hand cream - perhaps this is all available upon request, I did not find out. Good internet speed. Excellent breakfast 👍 in addition to the standard set there are Scottish dishes - Haggis, Black pudding. Everything is of very good quality. In general, for the location, breakfast and size of the room, you can close your eyes to everything else :) I had lunch in the city at The Piper Whisky bar - an excellent pub for a drink, and for lunch and dinner. Haggis is simply magnificent, I recommend ordering 👍
