Muy bonito y cómodo, para el costo está muy bien. Y cerca de todo lo que necesitaba para el momento. Fui por I trámite de SRE y estaba muy cerca. Y cerca del paseo Montejo donde fuimos a cenar. En realidad está muy cómodo y sin nada de ruido. Las camas y las almohadas estaba muy cómodas

I am form the US and only speak a little spanish. This was my 3rd visit oover a 6 year period and the fornt desk staff has always greated me well in english with my questions. The monring breakfast is the ebst breakfast I have had at any Hampton Inn anywhere in the world ( 6 am - 10 am). The elevator has a security key using your room key, to go up to your room. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Black out curtains keep the room coole rfor day tiem and dark in the room at night, which i need to sleep better. Also, the room is very quiet with no outsode morning noise form business nor vehicles. Request two keys if you need a cool room when you return at night. Your room key fits in a slot near the door that allows to the AC and lights to stay on. Most nights, I went for a walk for exercise and it is an easy walk to the the Luxury Mall, Costco or the museum with the Convnetion center just down the road. The streets are well lit, police patrol the roads and I felt safe (even saw many women walking alone at night). There is a food cort at the mall and an OXXO convientence store located on the north side of the mall. It was perfect for my needs, the price was right and I will stay there again.

Was very impressed with my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Merida. Newly appointed General Manager Gerardo Moreno is the epitome of a team leader. His guest friendly initiatives were being implemented during my stay and I have to stay he is one of the best hotel executives I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He truly cares about his guests. Front desk manager Eduardo was also very supportive during my stay assisting me on many occasions. He was prompt and supportive when assistance was needed.Front desk associate Daniela was also a true professional with her assistance and her demeanor was beyond impressive. The breakfast buffet was very diverse with many enticing options, including delicious made to order omelettes. The restaurant staff was very attentive during my stay, always ready to assist. Housekeeping associate Ramiro did a great job with room maintenance as did another associate who worked in security/general assistance. Situated right in the centre of Merida, the hotel is only a short uber ride away from all of the attractions that Merida has to offer. An array of restaurants and malls is only a five to ten minute uber ride away. Looking forward to staying here again at this well managed hotel under the leadership of Gerardo.

I stayed at this hotel during end of year holidays, Dec 4th - 26th, and it was the best decision. My room was impecable, all in order towels, iron, safe, HUGE closet and working desk. Nice attention at the restaurant/bar, everyone tries its best to make you feel comfortable. When you get there ask for Mr. Ángel Castillo and please follow his recommendations either for where to go or where to eat, no chance of of regrets. I'm sure I'll be going back.

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

Our stay at Tecnohotel has been great thus far. They keep our room clean, it's safe, parking is the best (which is why we picked this hotel). It's not fancy but has all you need for a few days and very budget friendly. Note there is no fridge but that is fine cause their is a Restaurant on premises that opens at 7am where you can grab an coffee and breakfast before you explore for the day. We're here for 4 nights and our plans has been to explore the cenotes/ruins in the nearby area. Not so much experience the city thought it is cute and I love the food/vibe here. The restaurant Tecnohotel is great and much better than I expected for a hotel restaurant. Food is tasty and fresh, we've been going multiple times! My partner and I have been ordering club sandwiches that we share in the morning and it's more than enough food to go out and explore. They also give you complimentary toast with your food order. Our server, Marcelino, was attentive, efficient and overall just a great server. Has all the qualities you want. He spoke English too which was also super helpful. The restaurant also opens at 7am which is more than enough time to eat before all the exploration activities open, and you definitely want to eat before you go explore. Thank you Marcelino and Tecnohotel!

Nice hotel with friendly service. I've stayed in Fiesta Americana hotels a lot and know generally what to expect. This one lives up to the high Americana standards. It is in a good location, near good restaurants, but not in the central area of town. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are nice. The bar had live music on Friday night and the band was great. Across the street is an outdoor restaurant that also had live music at night. The first floor of the Fiesta Americana hotel is all shops, so the actual hotel lobby is on the next floor. At the top of the escalator, in the lobby, there will be one or two people who will approach you and offer to help you with anything. They are very nice, but their goal is to sell you something like a timeshare. We refused to talk to them about that, so we never got the full explanation. We also got a phone call in our room, from the same people, telling us they had a free gift for us. We did ask these people for recommendations of local activities and they were very nice and helpful. Included was a light breakfast and snacks/drinks on the fifth floor. This was very convenient and the food was simple, but good. The only real surprise we had was at check out. We found that there is a charge for the self serve coffee in the room. I never use anything from the mini-bar or anything in the room that has an extra cost. I do not remember seeing anything about the coffee costing something. So many other places it is free/included. The hotel did reduce our charge for the coffee, but be aware that there is a charge.

This was my second time staying here. On this trip, I needed a very early check in and as a globalist, they made my room available super early which I appreciated after my red eye. Breakfast and the property are really nice. Lots of construction as they are redoing a large part of the hotel. Pool area is mediocre. Staff is great. Regular rooms are mediocre but the suites (which I stayed in on a previous trip) are amazing! Hotel location is decent depending what you want to do. Overall had a great stay.

This places is lovely. Understand, though, that some of the super old furniture is worn. I was there for a month and switched back and forth between two rooms. The first room was a standard double. (The room pics I provide are all of this room). It was a lovely room. The bathroom didn’t make sense though. It was the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever been in. The pic shows the sink and the toilet. Across from that, there’s a shower. the room above this one has the same configuration as the one shown, but the sink is outside of the bathroom, which makes the entry/sitting area of the room more pleasant. I chose not Ask to move upstairs because it’s also hotter upstairs than downstairs… and the bathroom configuration wasn’t that big a deal to me. The first room was overlooking Calle 60. It was a bit noisy on some nights. I actually preferred my smaller room to the bigger suite. Something about it just felt nicer. It needed more comfy dining chairs for the little tea table though. The second room I stayed in was a suite with two double beds. (I am not posting pics of that one because there are too many personal items in the pics I have of that room). It was the corner suite facing both Calle 60 and overlooking the park in front of the hotel. IT WAS NOISY. The second room had more light, More room, and a much better bathroom configuration (toilet and shower inside, sink outside the bathroom). It also had a couch and lounging Chair as well as much better (and much older) furniture. By “better” I mean beautifully worked, with more storage space/specialized storage. However, the floor in the second room (the suite) was really badly damaged over by the bathroom. So from the door the room looks pretty much perfect. Over by the bathroom it looks run down. And that’s just how this place is. That’s why I say it’s like staying in someone’s grandma’s house. Beautiful, comfy, clean, but it’s clearly been used. There are rooms that have newer furniture, but understand that this is an old hotel. ITS GORGEOUS but if you expect everything to be new looking, then don’t stay here. I think they are renovating, but I’m not sure. I hope that they keep the furniture and just have if restored as best as possible. They should also restore the broken tiles. IMO restoration of the tiles and professionally filling nicks in wood would do wonders for these rooms. If I were to give this place a review just based on the look of it I would give it a 4. 3 for the condition and 5 for the beauty and ambience. I am giving it a 5 for three reasons: 1. It’s just gorgeous, 2. It felt like was staying in someone’s home… very peaceful… inviting… comfortable and 3. The staff. Come to think about it, they probably are the reason the place felt so comfortable. They seemed efficient and were pleasant, helpful people. There seemed not to be tension between staff members and pretty much everyone seemed to like their work. The hotel is also in

Location location locations. 5+. If you take the ADO platinum bus it stops right there! You are in the heart of the classy restaurants, historic sites and feeling of a secure environment! The hotel is a newly acquired Marriott property! It is not that of Marriott standards but is ok! Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. English is not widely spoken but we did well! Special recognition: Carlos-bellman spoke English and very knowledgeable of the area and helpful Kara front desk very helpful and helpful! Bruno restaurant a pleasant and very efficient! Simon was very helpful with solving some issues we had! Big issue was no hot water for four days and after complaints we had hot water. Sounds like they water problems! Great restaurants and entertainment in the mall center. Great location!❤️😁 All the staff were excellent!

It is a good hotel in this small city....

I can only say positive things about this wonderful boutique hotel. It’s very unassuming from the outside, but as soon as you enter the lobby, you can tell that they have dedicated a lot of time and effort into making something special. The decor, the tiles, the color choices, the openness and airiness of the spaces were all warm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. My room was large with 10 foot ceilings, the Wi-Fi was fast and the bed very comfortable. My shower was large and included an open space with live plants and a ceiling open to the outside (screened) so that when we had a rainstorm – and boy, did we have a thunderstorm! – the rain came down directly into the shower area. There is a lovely small pool, as well as little sitting areas and other decorative touches lining the hallways and stairwells, including one area with a hammock that I lay in during the thunderstorm. I only stayed for one night, but I sure wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We spent three days here and were impressed by the size of the room that we had. Good on-site parking (which we needed and one of the reasons we picked this accommodation). The rooms are kept very clean by the maids who do a great job. We found the accommodation to be quite noisy. The building balconies are made of timber and make a lot of noise when being used. Light doors meant that people were slamming the doors constantly. The restaurant on site is handy but it also means that the car park outside the rooms is full of diners cars and noisy till late. Breakfast was Mexican style which was ok. We were disappointed that they didn’t serve tea. We found the location to be quite far from the main town centre and in a not so great neighbourhood. We thought the price was on the high side compared to our other experiences in Mexico.

Very nice hotel, perfectly localized! The welcome is very nice and the room is spacious and clean ! Easy to find the hotel. The swimming Pool is so nice and there is a lot of choice with the breakfast. The check in and check out are easy to do. We will come back if we want to stay again in Valladolid!
