This place seemed great at first sight, the room and the bathtub are spacious (mine was a double room and I was solo). There's blue light at the lift that creates an ambiance. But the onsen is really poorly organized - it's one pool with nowhere to rest your head and relax - the mist sauna was not available. And I felt very upset that they have welcome drinks on the 13 floor and nobody told me anything... I've learned because I was checking until what time the onsen was open at the paper they give at check in and saw the small info. When I went upstairs was already more than 6 ( it's only until 6) and the guy told me it was not available anymore and I should go downstairs. But I could see there were some other teas that were not downstairs... In fact I had one in my hand and he made me return it. I went downstairs to complain and the woman at reception went up and brought me one tea already prepared, because it needs a special machine... But I wanted to have one for me and not only one already prepared ..(i actually threw it away 🥺 after talking to that rude man I would not take a tea that he prepared and I didn't see) In general this was very unprofessional that information was not given, the man saying I could not take anything, and her taking a long time to return with a prepared tea that I didn't want at that moment. Breakfast was good, could have hot chocolate instead of coffee..

Planning accordingly will ensure a hassle-free transfer. Location: The hotel's location provides the convenience of being close to a convenience store, just a short five-minute walk away. This was my first trip to Kagoshima, Kyushu, and your hotel's setting was absolutely stunning, offering distant views of Sakurajima volcano. The hot springs within the hotel also have excellent water quality, especially the open-air bath where you can gaze at Sakurajima. If the weather is good, you can even catch the sunrise around 5:30 AM, truly experiencing the majestic power of nature! The hotel's buffet breakfast lived up to its reputation and was definitely worth the price! Plus, there's a free shuttle bus service daily from Kagoshima-Chuo Station to the hotel. All in all, it's a high-quality hotel well worth staying at for anyone visiting Kagoshima.

I'm glad there's a hot spring and it's free to use. There's a coin laundry service. Everything on the breakfast buffet was delicious. I was glad they had chicken rice. I didn't get to try the ice cream or shaved ice, so I'd like to try those next time. The food at the restaurant was delicious, but I'm not sure how they serve the entire course meal in afternoon tea format. It would be nice if they offered more non-alcoholic drinks than just juices. It would be nice if they had more non-alcoholic cocktails. There's nothing nearby, but it's convenient because there's a decent selection of souvenirs. The bus to Kagoshima Airport is also a plus. I'd love to stay here again.

If you take the bus to the attractions, it will be very tossing. Many travel notes on the Internet are by bus, and it is more convenient to live in Miyagi-ura Port or Anagawa Port. It is recommended to pack a tour guide and rent a taxi here.

The room is large and clean, and the balcony bath has a nice view and is the best. I took a private open-air bath and an open-air bath in a large communal bath, all of which were comfortable. There are also ceramic baths, sand baths, rock baths, etc., especially the ceramic baths warmed up to the core of the body and healed.
