Great location and clean rooms. We would like to thank the staff for their hospitability and kind manners in particular. It was silent at night we had a good night's sleep. We recommend Divan Bursa for any sort of trip.

Don't choose this hotel! Don't make my mistakes. The room simply absorbed the smell of cigarettes. The toilet stinks of urine. Cockroaches are running around the floor. The carpet on the floor looked like it had never been washed. Bed linen, towels, everything stinks. The air conditioner doesn't help because it also stinks. At night, all this made me sick, so I opened the window. It turned out that there was no mosquito net at the window. In the morning, my daughter was bitten all over (it’s not clear yet whether there were mosquitoes or bedbugs from the mattress). They didn't change our number. The wife held on and for 3 days she never went to the bathroom in the room, because it stank and there were cockroaches running around. Breakfast is just terrible. Bread, eggs, tea and single use jams/butter. It should be a shame to write that there is breakfast. Terribly dirty smelly hotel in the center of Bursa. I wrote a review immediately after checking out of the room. A day after leaving my review, the hotel managers contacted me. They said they understood my anger. And we are ready to return the payment for one day in the form of an apology. But they asked to delete the review, promising to start repairs soon. I deleted the review on July 16th, today is July 25th, and they are simply deceiving by saying that they are about to send compensation for moral damages. They are scammers, this is their scheme, to persuade the client to delete the review and drag out the refund for days until they forget. And here I am again. I write reviews wherever I can. I have screenshots of our correspondence showing the real face of this hotel (I apologize for calling it a hotel at all).

Hotel is outstanding and it gives home warmth. Staff are extremely nice and solution oriented. Foods?? 5 Star. The best place to stay if you want to go to ”Kent Meydanı Shopping Center” We left happy, highly recommend!! Thank you, Best wishes!!

Breakfast was exceptional not like any other hotel i have visited. Baggage service was very helpful. SPA and swimming pool were very good entertainment for all of us. Room service are the invio soldiers of the hotel and are the basis of our comfort during our stay.

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

The hotel room is quite decent, not big but neat and clean. The breakfast is also quite satisfactory. Chinese people may be a little uncomfortable with it due to their eating habits, but it is still very good for locals. The location is very good and convenient for travel. It is more convenient to take the No. 2 light rail to the center of Bursa.

The hotel is excellent near services and tea is free in the street-viewed outer hotel board, close to services and shops, free parking, and order the mountain-view rooms, and there is a laundry shop 200 meters away from the hotel and cheap price, and the clothes are in the room and the breakfast is excellent. But the rooms have no place to wash the dishes because they are small, the bathroom is excellent, and the cleaning is perfect every morning I advise young people, not families.

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while my mother was recovering from an operation and we had the best experience ever! Every single person we met was so kind and helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. We had many different requests (changing rooms, using conference room, etc.) and were never made to feel like a burden or nuisance. The rooms are extremely clean and organized and the staff speak multiple languages so communicating is very easy. Special thanks to Khaled, Mert, Cenk, Nihat, and many amazing team members whose names I did not catch for assisting us so much and making our stay so wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel and its incredible staff enough, they truly make you feel like family and I will definitely stay here whenever I visit Bursa!

The staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The theme was mushrooms and there was a professional mushroom lecture and hunt in the forest with explanation after and most meals had mushrooms. The hotel is a converted sanitarium, with a very clean spa, Hamman and one feels rested after breathing all the healthy air and taking part in different sports and eating balanced foods which are fresh.

Otelin lokasyonu gerçekten mükemmel; kayak pistine direkt erişim sunması, her sabah ekipmanlarımızı kuşanıp kolayca piste çıkmamıza olanak sağladı. Özellikle kayak sonrası otelin sıcak atmosferi, bizi her gün yeniden enerjiyle doldurdu. Otelin yemekleri tam anlamıyla harikaydı. Kahvaltıdan akşam yemeğine kadar her öğünde çok çeşitli ve taze seçenekler vardı. Sabahları zengin bir kahvaltı ile güne başlamak, ardından öğle yemeğinde sıcak bir çorba ve akşam yemeğinde hem Türk mutfağından hem de dünya mutfaklarından lezzetler tatmak oldukça keyifliydi. Ayrıca beş çayı saati, özellikle kayak sonrası sıcacık bir çay eşliğinde sunulan tatlı ve tuzlu atıştırmalıklarla favorimiz oldu. Otelin diğer olanakları da oldukça etkileyiciydi. Şömineli bar, günün yorgunluğunu atmak ve arkadaşlarımızla sohbet etmek için harika bir ortamdı. Spa hizmetleri de gerçekten profesyoneldi; masaj yaptırdıktan sonra kendimizi yenilenmiş hissettik. Çocuklar için sunulan aktiviteler sayesinde biz rahatça kayak yaparken onların da eğlenmesini sağladık. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hem restoran hem de kayak ekipman kiralama süreçlerinde bize çok yardımcı oldular. Odalar ise temiz ve rahattı, özellikle de sabahları pencereden kar manzarasına uyanmak eşsizdi. Bu otel, hem kayak severler hem de huzurlu bir kış tatili arayanlar için kesinlikle önerilir.

They traveled by transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul Airport, stayed for a night. Choose a place next to the shopping center to rest and buy something, and not to go to the city at the same time. The hotel is not new, but cleanliness and service at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite diverse, not luxurious, but choice is. The customer-oriented service, the requests are responded adequately, the number was given higher, as we asked, allowed to leave free later, as we didn't manage. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, for transit or business trip I would strongly recommend, for recreation is unlikely to suit, the place is very specific - around the track, shopping and industrial zone. And another big minus - the pool works from 14.00 to 22.00, from morning there is no ability to swim. It is strange. And in general, the hotel is not bad. quiet, clean, quiet.

Bize bu oteli sevdiren insan. Personel çok iyi. Garson İrfan Yerlikaya tam bir atom karınca, bu kadar çalışkan ve güler yüzlü bir garson hiç görmemiştim. Restoran sorumlusu Ayhan Balı ekibi ile birlikte övgüyü hak ediyor. Keza lezzetli yemekler için şef Nurettin Doğan ve ekibine teşekkür ediyorum. We were very pleased with the breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the attention of the staff and the conveniences offered. They upgraded our room, when we checked in, they took our requests into account and responded immediately. A complete comfort hotel from A to Z. We definitely recommend it.

Pleasant hotel. Very nice room with comfortable beds. It was just a little noisey in the early morning with people talking in the street. Staff were friendly but do not understand and speak much English. Dinner was a set menu. The food was tasty but was only luke warm. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice for just an overnight stay.

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

I don't think you can find a clean and quality food in Antalya, which you have paid for the world's money.
