The road in Bursa was steep and narrow, and by that time we didn't know how to enter the parking lot, and the staff took the initiative to help us drive to the parking lot. Very close to the Grand Mosque, there are many delicious and cheap restaurants nearby.

The hotel was quiet and nice. The location is good for walking, there is plenty of restaurans, malls, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were so friendly. We went there without a booking and they helped us to get three rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean. The only drawback was that we found a fly in the breakfast buffet twice, but we informed the staff and they changed the food and told us that they will pay attention to that.

It's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

I visited the hotel around 5-6, there was always a problem with prices and cleaning. We came here by chance. The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. If you are around here, I'll definitely recommend.

The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

This is my second time at the hotel. Again I am impressed with the hotel as a whole and with the ”invisible” staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Very good rooms, excellent staff ready to help you with anything. We were on training from the company and did not have much time to stay in the hotel itself. But I would recommend the hotel for a stay in Bursa. I can't judge if it is in a communicative place because we had an organized transfer for every single day.

It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .
