Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi

Booked for Mandarin Oriental, the service experience is slightly insufficient. I went to the swimming pool at 8 o'clock in the morning. The beach chair was wet and needed a towel. The service staff was busy opening the parasol and had no time to serve the guests. I saw that there were towels on the beach chairs and wanted to take one myself. The service staff in the picture refused and asked me to wait. I expressed that I needed a towel. After waiting for about half an hour, no service staff provided or served. We were the only guests in the swimming pool that morning. None of the pool service staff greeted or smiled. There was only indifference to work and cold emotions. I complained to the hotel through Ctrip, but no hotel staff explained or apologized until I checked out. Please ask the hotel to understand the video of the day and give an explanation. The taste and service of the breakfast restaurant are very good, and it is received with a smile! Different departments have very different service outputs.

A super great and super big hotel. This is the only hotel I have encountered in Dubai that has warm air conditioning at night. No other hotel has air conditioning at night. It happened to be a very cold winter in Dubai during the days I went there, so it was really warm to have a warm air conditioning at night! The hotel is well cleaned and decorated, and most importantly, it is big, so you can take a lot of beautiful photos and ride camels for free! It is worth staying~
