Stayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive. Room was spacious , neat and clean. We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, the grounds were gorgeous, and the room was extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Our server Raushan was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is an only a quick drive away from the Taj Mahal. We recommend leaving the hotel early in the morning a bit before sunrise to get to the Taj Mahal at sunrise for beautiful photos! We will definitely stay here if we are in Agra again.

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!
