"The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the sleep is good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is good, the hotel is strategically located, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich in the general category, very rich, the room is clean."

Great
TTraveller123I stayed at Appart’ City for 3 nights. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. The only downside I found to the room is the slippery shower/bathtub. Breakfast spread isn’t big, but the quality is excellent with products coming from local farms. I will definitely stay there again next time.
GGuest UserThe front desk was lazy and the bed was very small. I booked a large bed and was only given a room with two single beds pushed together. After I had already paid for the room on Ctrip, I was asked to pay again when I arrived at the hotel. I said I had already paid, but the front desk said I had to pay again. After I emphasized three times that I had paid the fee and would not continue to pay, I reluctantly deducted the money from the credit card Ctrip had reserved for the hotel. The reason given to me was that he didn't have time to operate it. simply outrageous
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive from Geneva Airport and less than 30 minutes by public transport from Geneva's main train station. Additionally, there's a large Carrefour nearby, which is very handy for shopping.
The room was overall clean and well-maintained, and the basic amenities were sufficient for a short stay. However, there were a few downsides. The drainage system had a noticeable odor, which was unpleasant, and there was no hairdryer provided in the room, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
On the whole, the hotel is a decent choice for those looking for a budget-friendly and accessible option near Geneva, though there’s room for improvement in terms of facilities.
JJennyVery cheap compared to Geneva
It ’s just a remote location, but fortunately, the hotel provides equipment for cooking and dining.
Breakfast is popular, you might as well buy it yourself
GGuest Usereverything! it was very homely and sweet. there was use of the kitchen, a fan in the bedroom, the bathroom was clean and the shower hot. the host brought fresh juice every morning for us. Virginia was more than helpful with us, helping us anyway she could. she told us about a tour we could use to see the area and allowed us to leave our stuff the day we were leaving and shower before going. was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in and one of the best hosts we’ve had!”
IIndranilAlthough it was written that they have Airport Shuttle facility, the hotel denied and asked to sort this out with Trip.com. I had to spend about 30 minutes calling the Trip.com customer service to figure out that what they displayed under the banner of “Amenities” was actually wrong. However they finally said to book a taxi and share the receipt with them for reimbursement, which is still pending from their side.
GGuest UserHotel is very difficult to find as the naming on the front is very old, and hard to see
Hotel Outside looks terrible
Hotel Inside is OK in regards to price paid
Room is surprisingly OK and Service, by the Foreigner in charge of, is Fine
Breakfast is very OK
This hotel just needs to care about outside look and naming/branding, as it is really terrible
GGuest UserHotel that should be repaired !!! Because many things are not in order with safety !! And when you sleep, household women do not respect the sleep of people who paid to enjoy a good morning fat ! Do the steamer almost in front of your door and speak very strong without worrying whether you're sleeping or not! And also what it's useful to put the card Not disturbing, if it's for all the time taping the door to know if they can come back! It is hyper unsupportable and not normal! And every day we have sleeped in this hotel, it was every morning like that! So sleeping in this hotel is really not top and too much to fix in some rooms. The bathroom door, impossible to close, so no intimacy to shower or to toilets .... supplement destroy! And the safety barrier of the bed above is broken so dangerous! Instead of repairing because it is mandatory to the safety level, they have put a chain with chains waiting for the barrier to not open completely !!! It's ha”wrinking ....My son stood in this badly closed barrier and fell very high on the parquet! He did very bad, and could have broken qq thing!! The guilty did nothing, and said it was not his fault! The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.
