Very nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

Very unfriendly people and always arguing with the guest. If you complain about something and they will reply you that they are correct and customer is wrong . When I booked hotel and it was mentioned that hotel is a 5 star hotel but according to the facilities this hotel comes at the lowest category. The price per night which they are are charging is totally unfair and cheating. Hotel guests have no access to the restaurant in the evening because there were various private dinners. But they don’t give any attention to the hotel guests. I had very bad experience with them .very small rooms and bad is visible which is not good. It was my lost money for staying in that fraud hotel. I will suggest people be careful from this fraud hotel. Thanks

Best hotel and we live it

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, the neighborhood is very deserted and there are few passers-by. The advantage is that it is quiet, new and clean. It is a small boutique hotel with slow but attentive service.

The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic; the breakfast is very good👍🏻 Although it is a bit far from the city, Lisbon Bolt and Uber are very close, so I don’t worry too much about the location, plus it is close to Belem Tower and the Presidential Palace; the room has a great view It’s so beautiful. I’ll definitely pick this one up next time I go to Lisbon.

When we arrived at the hotel in the morning, the hotel provided a free EARLY CHECK IN. Before leaving the hotel, the hotel also helped wrap the suitcase with plastic wrap. Unfortunately, the suitcase actually cracked during the trip. If it had not been wrapped properly, the contents would have fallen out.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to attractions and shopping, a ten-minute walk.
