"Everything you'd expect from Hilton, except for food choices. As it's in a business park, weekends really limit your food choices, as there's no restaurant onside. There's a hotel shuttle that runs every 30 mins. to the nearby airport, but having your own car is recommended here."
"The hotel has a good environment, with a relatively large shopping mall opposite, a commercial street not far away, and many restaurants, which are quite lively. There is a beach near the hotel, you can take a walk, very comfortable! The hotel should be a certain year old, but still acceptable. There is a small kitchen in the room, you can cook, it’s awesome, you need to get the kitchenware in the public area! Family satisfaction!"
"Very clean customer service is great the view from Embarcadero on the back rooms is great"

"I dealt with Enrique and Renee and they were amazing so helpful and sweet. It was my first time in Oakland and they told me about all the amazing places to go see and vist. They were always making sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Definitely will return because of those two. "
"Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. The hotel is about half an hour drive from San Francisco, the navigation is quite clear, and Gaode is good!"

"Booked in a two-bedroom apartment suite, there are two rooms, each with a double bed and bathroom, a kitchen and living room in the middle, a microwave oven with a microwave oven, and a cup, plate and dishware. Very suitable for family living. There is a big bird on the tree outside the small balcony. There are many yachts in the small bay. Walking along the front road to the right, there is a German restaurant, German sausage and beer taste really good. The hotel's free breakfast is OK. Three kinds of sausages are eaten a day. One day there are bacon patties sausages, milk cereals, homemade waffles, and several kinds of bread jams. Originally, I wanted to live in San Francisco, but I said that the roads in the city are relatively ups and downs, the one-way line is complicated, and the parking cost is high. So I live in Auckland. It is convenient to drive the Auckland Bridge to San Francisco for two consecutive days. I found a Guilin rice noodle shop nearby in the evening, and it tastes so good! ! !"

GGuest UserBecause of near location of hotel to my visiting company I have selected this hotel. Receptionist was friendly and check in process went smoothly. Room was at decent size and king size bed was comfortable.
I have used outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi which were nice during my stay. Breakfast was good with sufficient variety of hot meal, cereal and fresh fruits.
I'd stay again in this hotel if I come back again

AApple KayyyIt was a really good time it really made me when I went there because I had to go somewhere and I came back and I didn’t go again because I loved it it was great I appreciate
HHONGGood, affordable, very close to downtown San Francisco. Because the price of staying in the city on Saturday is too expensive, so stay here. The room is big, the facilities are average, I feel good! !
