"Location: Located in the Alcochete area where salt is produced, it is a newly developed community. The hotel is located on the seaside with good scenery and is suitable for vacation.
Transportation: It is more suitable to drive there. There are many roundabouts along the road, and there are many restaurants near City Hall, 3 kilometers away.
Facilities: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness room, reading room.
Room: Apartment style, 1 bedroom, open kitchen, terrace facing fields, no landscape, you can see the sunrise. Washing machines, kitchenware, and coffee machines are available.
Catering: The breakfast style is simple and refined, with fruits, bread, cheese, salad and ham hot plates.
Service: I stayed in 5 hotels in different locations in Portugal. Generally, the service of the staff was relatively indifferent. The service in this hotel was relatively warm."

"The best hotel I've ever been to!! Super clean, attentive staff and fantastic facilities! And they even surprised me with two slices of cake because it was my birthday. The pool is fantastic, the water is warm and we don't need a swimming cap."

"Being a big hotel in a tourist hotspot and the staff do not speak ENGLISH? The language of the world!! Not everybody wants to learn Portuguese because it's not a global language. TRYP needs to employ people who know at least some basic English. The language barrier made my life hell. My room was not cleaned on 2 occasions, and the WiFi didn't work at all, and they didn't fix it. A simple fix is for TRYP TO EMPLOY ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF!!"

"The hotel is very good in every aspect. The rooms are clean and the facilities are complete. Especially the air conditioner is a Midea brand made in China. It is really powerful. The service attitude is also very good. The breakfast is also good. There are many food markets and supermarkets around where you can go and have a look. The local customs and customs, there is a small park next to the hotel, except that it is a bit far from the city, overall it is a very cost-effective hotel."

"Absolutely fantastic stay at Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. We booked a studio at this aparhotel for 4 nights. Spacious n clean. WiFi works steady. Breakfast is included with a very good selection of fruits, bread, cereal n hot items. Customer service is good here too.
It is abt 1 km to one of the train stations in Lisboa, which is Oriente station. As such, it is very convenient for us to take the train to Sintra n Porto. However, it is a bit farther away from Alfama n Baixa n all the other interesting neighborhoods with shops n restaurants n cafes. May be 8-9 kms or 10 euros Uber drive away??
All in all, Martinhal is still highly recommended. I wld not hesitate to stay here again were I visit Lisbon next time."
