DDongtiandefengyeGenerally speaking, it's OK. It seems that the hotels here are not very good. The rooms facing north are on the road, which is quite noisy. The single bed is very small, and there is no way to dry the clothes. Friendly reminder: The hotel has no toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers. The WIFI is super bad. It is basically unavailable in the room. It is recommended to buy a mobile phone card locally. The advantage of this hotel is that it can be picked up at the airport. You can call when you arrive. It is recommended to wait for them at the gate 4 of the airport. It may be more convenient. The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, and there are more desserts. Another advantage is that you can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The taste is not bad. I ordered lamb chops, grilled chicken, steak, etc., see the picture. There are many service staff in the hotel, and they work in shifts. When you order food, there will be a fat waiter in the restaurant occasionally. He may be a small leader. His attitude is very average. I feel a little unhappy, but he doesn't go to work every day. It depends on luck. There is only one person. The others are very friendly.

SSamThe location is excellent, the facilities are new, it's in the mall, and it's convenient for eating, drinking and transportation. Opposite is the provincial government, and downstairs is the convention center and museum. It's safe and quiet, a very good hotel.

**xiaoshuaishuai*Basically every time I come to Albania for business trip, I will live here. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, convenient for parking, and there are supermarkets and fruit shops not far away. The room is clean and tidy, relatively spacious, and the staff is very friendly.

SSytseI have travelled a lot in the Middle East and North Africa - and people in these countries are the most friendly and hospitable you will find anywhere in the world. But even compared to those standards, the staff of City Hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help with any issue at hand - even sharing their home-cooked food with me (best food I had in Algiers!).
So if you think about visiting Algiers, book this hotel! It has good facilities at a very convenient location, but most of all: the best staff you will find anywhere in the world. Highly recommended!!

It has been renovated, the design and decoration of each floor are very beautiful, the environment is very good, the bed is big and new, and the view from the balcony is very good and stylish. The service attitude is very good, and there is also a meal delivery service. Breakfast is not bad. Although the toilet occasionally smells a bit, after all, it is a hotel with a history, but I still like it here very much. The only thing that is not perfect is the Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The Chinese food is delicious, and the Beijing soup is delicious. However, the steak and pasta we ordered did not have sauce. We asked the waiter to give us some sauce and took two This time it was very thin soup, I don't know what it is made of, anyway, it is completely different from what we ate before. GGuest UserI used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance.
There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us.
Other services were fine.
For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.

GGuest UserI loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law.
The room was spacious and well appointed.
Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind.
If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.
