"Chinese waiters, the boss is *********, very friendly, no communication barriers, unlimited supply of boiled water and coffee, breakfast is basically Costco food, not rich, but the quality is good. Free parking, complete facilities, clean. The only drawback is that there is a little noise from the parking lot downstairs and the cars on the road. Overall, it is still recommended and suitable for Chinese people who have just come to the United States to travel as a base."

"This is a highly recommended hotel. It is a well-managed old hotel with complete facilities and great service. Unlike hotels in Las Vegas, which charge fees for everything, everything here is free, such as free fitness, free mineral water, kettles, and free bicycles. The only regret is that the parking fee is too expensive and not reasonable. Guests staying in the hotel are also required to pay, and they are charged for entering and leaving the hotel."

"This is my third time staying in Courtyard by Marriott Monterey Park. I requested a room on second floor close to self laundry. I was given a handicapped room which is at a corner with two windows. Everything went smoothly as other times. Enjoyed the Chinese dim sum restaurant downstairs a lot. I also did all my Asian shopping done at the GW Supermarket next door."

"To collect parking fee $18/night is unreasonable at all.
Also, the paper QR Code for entering and exiting garage is not working properly. Especially, it is NOT acceptable and very danger when can't exit the garage if QR Code not working!!!!!! So, should NOT block the exit by using QR Code!!!
No electrical charge system is very inconvenient.
