Cons: 1. The room's fixtures were loose and very old, the room itself doesn't look like a 4 star hotel though it looks like a 2 star hotel or lower. 2. Amenities are not theirs so you have to pay extra for everything. 3. The breakfast has really small selection but I guess it was okay. 4. They have compensated the junior suite that I booked that becomes a standard room, even if it was compensated, I booked it a month ago already so I really can't understand what went wrong. 5. We've got 3 luggages and they don't have a helper or an elevator. It was a hard task to putthe luggages up and down. 6. The shower is the worst, I almost burnt my skin because of the unsettling temperature of your water. I didn't enjoy my shower even once. 7. There are so many things that this hotel needs to improve on. Right now this is my rating and I can't recommend this to my friends. Pros: 1.The service and staff were okay they tried to help out with the problems occurred. 2. The location was good with lots of place to buy food and shopping.

This hotel was marketed as a hot spring but it is not. There is only a pool and you will need to pay extra to gain access. Rooms are small and not well maintained. Sink falling of wall. Showerhead not attached to wall

Booked this hotel because it was near to the airport, and being only 20 minutes away made for a great stopover between flights. That said, the hotel itself has plenty to offer. The rooms are nice and clean. We actually had an issue where we had too much hot water which is sort of the opposite problem of what you'd expect. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had plenty of water coolers around to refill bottles, which is a nice touch not all hotels would offer. We didn't use the pool, but we saw that it was large and plenty of people were using it. Breakfast was simple, but did enough to cover all the bases. All in all, would recommend a stay here. Especially if you're looking for somewhere near the airport to crash.

It’s had such a great ambience. Very family friendly. We could enjoy the nature outside as tourists. The breakfast was delicious and homely. The room was really comfortable.

The hotel can arrange airport pick-up. The driver will hold a sign and is easy to recognize. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. The room is very clean. I will come again next time.

The bed is a bit narrow, but everything else is good. Recommended.

The overall stay experience is satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located. The room is clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities. The front desk service is efficient, but not particularly enthusiastic. The soundproofing is average, and the corridor noise is slightly obvious. The breakfast variety is ordinary and the taste is okay. At this price, it is a reasonable choice and I will consider staying again next time.

They were kind enough to help me even though I checked in late at night (11:30pm). The front desk seems to be able to speak English as well as Russian. The room was spacious (as I stayed in winter) and the heating was on when I entered the room. (This is also especially important in winter) the shower had hot water. Bottled water (non-carbonated) was provided. The airport is about 30 minutes away by taxi. There is also a bus stop nearby, although I didn't use it this time.
