"The Indian boss opened the hotel, the service was ok, and a young Indian waiter was very enthusiastic. After we expressed disappointment with the room, we worked hard to improve. The location of the hotel is on the side of the road. The car is very noisy and there are no convenient shops around. Room facilities are rudimentary."
"The child goes to school in Pasadena and comes to Los Angeles to find a hotel for the child.
This hotel is very clean. I recommend this hotel to those who come to Pasadena.
We needed a microwave, so we sent it directly to the room so we could heat up takeaway bars.
You can reach a target store within walking distance. There is a city hall nearby and the environment is very good."

"The hotel is in a great location. Pasadena is the old wealthy area of LA, with good public security and beautiful scenery. The hotel is located right in the old city center. You can check in the beautiful scenery of Pasadena in ten minutes. You can see St. Andrew's Cathedral when you open the window.
It is not too far from LA attractions. The airport is 30-40 minutes away by car without traffic jams, and Universal Studios is only 20 minutes away by car."
"The room is okay, the toilet is relatively large, the bathroom is very simple, blocked by a canvas curtain, there is a small amount of simple shampoo, skin care oil, towels, no slippers, toothbrush, the location is a bit off, the bed is okay Comfortable, with parking space, breakfast is very simple, bread, ham, sausage, coffee, cereal, and some fruit."
"It's a 5-minute walk from Pasadena Old Street and a 5-minute drive from the nearest Ralph's. There are many places to eat and shop nearby. Don't miss the City Hall and a Japanese restaurant called Wasaka. The hotel parking fee is 35🔪 per day, but the public parking in the same building is capped at 12🔪 per day, so you can save a lot. The hotel has coin-operated laundry, which is very livable."
"The hotel is a renovation of an old building. The house has a sense of age and the lobby has an ancient style. The most puzzling thing is that there is no coffee machine in the room (this is basically a standard feature of American hotels) or other utensils for boiling water. I asked the hotel front desk, and the front desk told me that I could get water from the hot water machine in the hotel gym."
"The room has a microwave and refrigerator. The nearby supermarket Vons is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. You can buy semi-finished food and heat it up.
The hotel facilities are simple but adequate and very cost-effective
The hotel service staff were all very nice. There was a leak in the toilet. I told the African uncle about it and he said he would check it immediately. When I returned to the room later, I found that it had been repaired. The response speed to customers is very good. The Asian uncle is also very warm. Seeing that my English is not good, he will patiently remind me.
The hotel breakfast mainly consists of milk, coffee, bread, fruit, and instant noodles, but I don’t know why the hot water is always out of water.
After staying for 8 days, I felt good after getting used to it, so I renewed the reservation for a few more days.
By the way, the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to bring your own"
"I booked the hotel through Ctrip.com. The following is the booking and check-in process. There is no right or wrong, because I don't know much about the California hotel model: First, you need to prepay a room reservation fee of RMB 1,470 for online booking, and then the hotel charges an additional US$75 + breakfast fee of 12/person (later I reported to the platform that it can be refunded). At present, these two fees have not been refunded (I have checked out of the hotel for 4 days). Although the breakfast does not have many varieties, it is enough to enjoy, the hygiene is also good, and the environment is a very quiet neighborhood (this is really great). The parking fee is US$27/day, and pets are US$75 for the whole trip"
