No water bottles in the room. Also the AC just makes noise and does not have and effect.

Stayed in October 2021. Pleasant hotel, location is great. Do keep an eye out for the specific room you’re booking, the pictures are misleading. I got the standard room, but the bed wasn’t “free” and the room was much smaller than the photos showed, so the bed was shoved to the wall with one side. There also was no Nespresso machine unlike the photos showed, though the reception was okay to put one on my room.
The room card is also the card used for the elevator, though the technology seems outdated. Every return to the hotel, the card didn’t work on the elevator and had to be reactivated at the reception. Minor inconvenience but still annoying when in a rush. Overall an okay experience, not the best, not the worst.

The bed was big and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a parking tower and cruise ship terminal nearby, and about an 8-minute walk from the Museum Square. It was great to take a shower, and it was very relaxing after a day of running around.

The location of the hotel was very good, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful, but although we reserved a room with a city view, we could not get it, they transferred us to a larger room instead, we were pleased.

This hotel was assigned to us from another hotel closer to the city center a week before we were due to arrive - we were disappointed but this hotel was perfect! We checked in and were given a big room w/ a city view. Also, if you decide you don't want maid service (I don't use it as I think it is a waste of time and resources) - you get 2 free tokens for a drink at the bar. :) for each day :). Breakfast was excellent and staff helped us navigate the transit system, gave us a map to find our way around the city and just nice! Only complaint = light in bathroom is dim and there's not outlet so had to try and curl hair by using TV screen as a mirror :P
