"The check in was quick; however, the front desk didn't explain where to find the elevator as she left to continue a phone conversation, so we followed other people that came in. The location was fantastic. Though close to the interstate, the car sounds were not bothersome. They noted the credit card would be held for incidentals, but didn't explain what that was. Wasn't sure if the water and/or coffee in the room was complimentary or a charge, so we didn't drink any. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and the black out curtains were perfect. Would definitely stay here again. The entrance way to the hotel was very clean and comfortable and inviting."

"The staff at red roof inn Anderson has been kind and helpful. Providing a warm clean room, just remember to bring a $25.00 deposit that red roof inn Anderson is now having customer's bring for security deposit, you do get back after checking out. It's just inconvenience. They need it fix that for there customer's."

MMatt Gurulepool was open and cleaned & checked with chlorine usually added some what regularly while I was there. had clean towels at pool door and gym door with sanitizer gel for you, and a basket to throw it in when done so don't have to clutter or take to ur room. very nice staff and helpful. just a good place all around.

GGuest UserThe hotel was completely full due to a Clemson game and bucket truck operators helping with Hurricane Helene recovery. We had the last available room. There had been a broken pipe at the end of the hallway outside our room. Our bathroom floor was wet. While they couldn’t move us to another room, the front desk operator mopped the room herself. They did offer to move us for our second night, but it was not needed. The two front desk operators we worked with were incredible—helpful, friendly. They took the time to get to know us and talk to us at every interaction. If my child goes to Clemson, we will stay here often.

GGuest UserI had an amazing two day stay. It was a birthday present from my children. Everything was great. I think the best part though was the receptionist/clerk at the front desk. Her name is Candace. She was so kind, friendly and helpful. She helped me feel welcome and at home.
