Best value in Anguillara Sabazia, which is a quiet beach town where ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’s Italy episodes were filmed. Stephano is a very gracious and attentive host. It is a simple place with great AC and a nice kitchen with all the necessities. The patio view from the Rutilia room has a world class view over the city and lake - very romantic place to hang with a glass of wine and cheese. Needs to get rid of the ants on the patio though. Otherwise, a very cool hang.

This was a two night stopover to see Lake Bracciano and to break up our journey to north Tuscany. I was on a four week trip with a friend around the coast and this was our last spot. I would not like to visit June-August! The through road goes along the stretch where the hotel has its lake view rooms, so is busy and noisy for most of the day and evening. This hotel is a ‘diffuso’ in that its rooms are scattered around the town. Our room was up several steps and on two floors with a terrace leading from the bedroom. It was very clean and comfortable, but the shower had no pressure and the wifi router didn’t work. We were able to connect to the Reception wifi, so it wasn’t really a problem, more inconvenient. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served outside. Not a massive choice, but the croissants and cake were very nice. There are loads of good restaurants to choose from with lots right on the lake front. We really enjoyed Gens, right next to the hotel. There are some nice shops around the town, but it isn’t very big and we found two nights plenty to stay. As there are restaurants all along the lake front and right across the road from our room, there were a lot of youngsters hanging around until the early hours, which was very noisy. We were lucky to find street parking right across from our room. The hotel gives you a residents pass to display in your car and you only need pay 50 cents per day and display the ticket alongside the residents pass in the car. Worth a visit, but wouldn’t recommend more than a couple of nights.

Small rooms (no safety box or refrigerator, and summer is mandatory!) cleaning is below average. Handsets of cotton and not in swamp, almost wet and absorb as a scotex (but I, smart, had a dresser for meed I did well) Very disgraced restaurant point (caffee machines), I did not enjoy it fortunately, because I was always going to breakfast out there; water washed out of the cabinet all night, washing the top of the sparkled, very low cold water pressure, only one power take in the two bed dressers, I would like to stress that there is no freezer which is essential in the summer, and that there should be ad hoc maintenance and refreshment of rooms. In the surroundings of the hotel, as there is almost nothing in the formula, you need the car. Maybe the only positive thing is parking in front of the room, and the air conditioner that seems to be new, but nothing else. For the owner: You need to make sure that the rooms are or are in perfect condition when a client arrives. I'm sorry ... But c is really to fix so much.

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

Picked this hotel because of the free parking and location close to Rome's metro. Beautiful hotel beautiful grounds. Nice breakfast. 3 metro stations away from the Vatican. Our room for 4 was in the economy section in the attics, huge room with 1 double and 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms which was great. No normal windows just ceiling windows, if you like to sleep late be sure to verify the blinds work well. We ordered room service once, I had to place the order at the bar because room service never picked up the phone. Food was ok.

As a diamond customer of Ctrip, I was cheated by Ctrip to rent a car in Rome! Although many people have been misused, Ctrip will continue to bring customers to them! There was no inspection process for picking up the car from this car dealer, and 1481 Euros were inexplicably detained after returning the car! ! ! I hope that all those who have been scammed by Ctrip will unite and speak up. In addition to defending their rights, more people should be prevented from being scammed by Ctrip!
