八甲田酒店係我一生中不會忙記嘅－間好酒店，當日係超級大風雪，我同老婆只可以係酒店活動😔大風裏都係舒服不過冇戶外，餐廳係好好食有日式同西餐之後就係瞓覺😴特別一提酒店係冇其他嘢食🤣記住係杯面都冇！！所以就係如果係酒店出唔到去係會冇任何其他嘢食🥱不過講服務質素好高，酒店係乾淨靚嘅值得去嘅好地方

ログハウス造りの建屋、特に食堂は天井が高く、シャンデリアの灯りが窓に反射し、とても荘厳でした。 内装はリノベされていて快適ですが、外観は老朽化感が否めず、敷地内通路はアスファルト舗装、部屋から森までの距離も遠く、自然との一体感は期待したほどではありませんでした。 夕食はフレンチのフルコースでしたが、青森産食材への拘りはなく、味も平均的で、可もなく不可もなくといった印象。 総じてちょっとお高い「一昔前の豪華リゾートホテル」といった感想でした。

息子夫婦と2組で宿泊。ログハウス風のホテルは、エントランスからロビー、レストランに至るまで、広くはないですが重厚感があり、フォトポイントがいっぱい。当日(土曜日)満室のはずでしたが人の多さを感じす、極めて静粛でした。部屋(スタンダードツイン)は広く、調度・備品に不足なし。(早朝)窓越しの朝靄の景色はアート。夕食は、素材の味を活かすためにソース控え目の爽やかなフレンチで、青森の食材を十分堪能しました。飲物のサーブが若干遅いですが、顔を上げれば直ぐにスタッフと目が合うので不自由なし。また、朝食の食パンと(固めの)クロワッサンは最高。温泉は酸ヶ湯温泉(宿泊者は無料なので是非いくべき。)とは違う泉質ですが、十分刺激的(顔がひりひりしました)。ヒバ造りの浴室は広くはないのですが、ここでも人の多さを感じず、リラックスできました。スタッフの方々の対応は控えめですがプロフェッショナルで、外出から戻った際フロントに着く前に部屋の鍵(2部屋分)が差し出され、久々に"暗黙の意思疎通が出来ている"感覚になりました。全体として、お仕着せのホスピタリティがない分却ってリラックスできる、心地よいリゾートホテルです。

10月の連休、友人家族と利用しました。 コロナの為か人員が削減されたため、ギスギスしていて、総じてサービスの低下を否めないと思いました。 おおらかで優雅なホテルとの印象を持っていたのて、少し残念でした。
