Customer service replied that there was an iron gate on the outside that we could open, so the response was quite fast. One of the sinks was clogged and leaking slowly. The bathroom heater and humidifier were very dusty, but we were able to clean the dust off the heater ourselves. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with two IH stoves, making cooking very fast. Parking was free, but a 3-5 minute walk away.

Man spürt jede Feder. Auch die Couch war alt und unbequem. Im Bad fehlen Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen. Es ist ein umgebautes Ladengeschäft. Sobald man die Fenster Vorhänge aufmacht, können alle, die an der Strasse vorbeigehen, direkt reinschauen. Lüften ginge nur, wenn man die Tür vorne auf lässt. Für 2 Nächte ok, wenn man ansonsten unterwegs ist.

全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。 ２点、改善いただきたい点があります。 1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。 2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。 以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!
