"I've stayed here before, and this time I brought a friend and booked a larger room. It's a historic inn, but the building and decor don't feel old at all. The Japanese-style room has a really nice vibe, and the smell of the tatami mats is so soothing. The room itself is incredibly spacious; I honestly think three or four people could comfortably stay in that one large tatami room. On the top floor, there's a hot spring with one indoor bath, a small outdoor bath, and a small sauna, all using natural hot spring water. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but all the dishes are local specialties or popular items from Oita Prefecture, so you'll definitely eat well and feel full. The downstairs parking used to be free, but now it costs 700 yen per night."

"The room and the Onsen were EXACTLY like those in the listing and were absolutely stunning! The breakfast was delicious and the range more than adequate. AAnonymous UserThis is an excellent hotel. It's nestled on a mountain overlooking the ocean, offering beautiful scenery. The hot springs are fantastic, and they even have private baths available for an extra charge. Dinner was superb; we had Japanese cuisine in an elegant setting. The Japanese chef was very professional, and the dishes were outstanding. Breakfast was semi-buffet style and also delicious. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, very clean, and offer sea views.

GGuest UserI’m glad that we chose Amane Gahama for our family vacation because it’s spacious and the private hot spring was awesome with both in and out door options. It’s a little inconvenient that breakfast was located in the sister hotel next door, but the hotel had arranged buggy for transport which the kids are happy about it.

Dinner was a semi-buffet, with the main course being sizzling abalone and beef (if you don't eat beef, you'll get two servings of abalone).
The buffet had many choices, the taste was okay, and alcoholic beverages were also available.
The room was very spacious! There was plenty of outdoor space. Since the pool was closed due to the cold weather, there was also a sauna and a private bath. ❤️

焦焦糖小布丁This hotel is absolutely fantastic, with a trendy design. It's clean and comfortable. Each room is a standalone villa with an amazing sea view, so you wake up to the ocean. Plus, it's right next to the sand bathing beach, super convenient!

CChiehyunIt was my first time eating breakfast prepared by a Japanese restaurant. I was really amazed by the tofu, which tasted like a chewy pudding. Each dish tasted like it had its own special seasoning. As a *********, I’m used to seasonings such as pepper, garlic, and salt, but it was completely edible and it was delicious!
Some inconveniences are that elderly people with bad backs or legs are not suitable for this restaurant, because Japanese style seats require sitting on the ground and walking up stairs (but since there is only the second floor, I think it is worth a try). The room we stayed in was for four people to a room, so we ate and ate in the same space. When we needed to move the bed to make it or move the table back to eat, we had to squeeze into a corner or leave the room to let the staff finish. Although this move took no more than 10 minutes (about 5 minutes), it was still not very convenient and I didn't really like this part.
The staff attitude, service and room cleanliness are all of a high standard.

EEleonora Del BianchiI really enjoyed my stay at beppu tower. The room has very spacious corridors which gives you plenty of space for large luggages even if it's full. and the amenities are great! There's the sauna at the 5th floor which you can use for free for one hour and a hammock/bathtub that you can rent for 300 yen and use it at the female bathroom. The only problem is hangers. They could REALLY fill those walls with hangers. There's nowhere to hang coats.
The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy.
Everyone is kind and stylish! Toyota has a colourful and cheerful necklace and, I didn't ask the name of the night staff but the girl had a beautiful flower necklace and the guy cool sunglasses!
Everything is technological, new and clean. It has a sense of being well taken care of :)

GGuest UserUntil the day of check in, I never receive any check in procedure and I had to call customer service and wait for the line transferring. They did not limit the parking for every unit and I had no parking available but I saw one of the unit had parked 4 cars there. I called for help on no hot spa water coming out but they answered they could not do anything for me. Overall experience was good

GGuest UserI was worried because there weren't many Korean reviews recently. This was my first trip to Japan, and I really wanted to go to Beppu, but I was worried about where to stay. I booked this accommodation after looking at the photos of the interior without even looking at the location, but when I made the reservation, it turned out that it was located a bit far away from the downtown area! However, since the purpose of going to Beppu was the hot springs, I felt it was a great advantage to be able to use the hot springs within walking distance from my accommodation.
The accommodation is really clean and cozy, but also spacious and comfortable! The bed was so soft that I slept well until morning without waking up even once! Also, they say it is difficult because the accommodation is on a hill, but since the trip is a series of walks anyway, I was able to experience the Japanese countryside and it was really nice! ♥ And thanks to the host who kindly guided me, I felt really good!
If I go on a trip to Fukuoka, I will definitely go to Beppu again, and I intend to visit this accommodation again! Thank you so much for giving me happy memories :-)

Very good selection for breakfast and dinner, convenient onsens, amenities of good quality and wide selection of shampoos, face cleansers, creams, etc. I liked infinity bath on the 7th floor, but due to the strong wind I could enjoy it for long time. However sunset and full moon were do beautiful and bath was comfortably hot.
There are table tennis, billiard, massage chairs and gaming machines in the basement, omiyage shop.
I liked choose of sizes and colors of yukatas too.
