The room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good.

The hotel lobby is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the bedding is comfortable. There are supermarkets and big shopping malls next to it. There are a lot of food on the first floor of the big shopping mall. Among them are fast food restaurants run by Taitaishan people. The domestic taste is delicious! About 10 kilometers away from the airport, it is highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is the best for more than ten days on a business trip, especially the breakfast is very rich, the hotel front desk, service staff are warm and thoughtful, now waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport at 1 pm, ready to write the hotel's praise. CCHADHKVery close to the airport, 150 meters walk to the airport. Very poor service, not only did they not upgrade the room for gold card holders, but they had to wait until 2 o'clock to check in. The breakfast was included in the original booking, but it was not displayed in the system, and it took a long time to fix it. The next day, I had to catch a flight and left early, and they said they would pack a breakfast box. Please see the picture, the apples were still rotten.

GGuest UserVery close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus to the passenger terminal in seven or eight minutes, suitable for early flights, the air conditioning noise in the room is a bit loud, others are satisfied.

GGuest UserAlthough the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them.
I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off.
The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool.
