"More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse."

"The guy at the front desk was very nice and worried a lot for us about finding our passports. He is such a kind person. He stayed for four days and had breakfast. Parking is also free, which is very good. I will continue it next time."

"I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit."

"The room was not properly furnished, there was dust in the corner, there was food trash under the chair, and the bathroom smelled.
I don't know how many rooms I have, but there was a sound of dogs until dawn, and when I asked the staff if there were indoor slippers, I didn't feel good while laughing while looking at me saying that there was no such thing here.
Breakfast was ok and the room was larger than I thought and the other staff were all friendly"

สถานที่ตั้งไกลจากตัวเมือง แต่ถ้าต้องการ ไป ทำธุระที่มหาวิทยาลัยและโรงพยาบาล ค่อนข้างใกล้ แต่ถ้าเดินไป ต้องระมัดระวังให้ดี มีกลุ่ม homeless บ้าง

Everyone we have encountered over the last 2 weeks has been incredibly pleasant and helpful regardless of the time or day or night or the situation at hand. Our door even froze shut and the young lady working overnight did not hesitate to come out into the cold as quick as she could to get us into our room. Thank you!
