The old backhouse itself is at the old market, our apartment was on the Apostle street. We didn't find it bad. We stayed here for one night whle on a cycling tour of the area. We were met very professionally and were shown where we could store our bikes for the night, they have a garage with bike tools, pump and electric sockets for ebikes. The room was of an average size with a large bathroom but everything was of the higest quality, in the hallway is a choice of free plain or sparking water. The Breakfast was very good and the best of the hotels on our tour! The only very petty complaint was that they did not have a blended breakfast tea. I would saty here again for sure.

Our room was in the 3rd OG, without lift. The booked room was beautifully furnished but unfortunately a bit habituated. Maybe white nubuksessel is not really fit in the hotel operations ... The hotel boss is very nice and helpful. If we were to meet him directly, the stay would have been great. That's just about 3.5 stars.
