"Because it is a business trip training, I stayed for two weeks at a time. The front building is a bar, the back building is a hotel. Most of the waiters are very friendly. The things in the bar are also delicious. The room is a very simple layout, because it is a suburb. Public transportation is not very convenient, but the environment is very good. Not far from National Forest Park"

"The room was dirty and in desperate need of redecoration. The bathroom tiles need a good scrub as they were dirty in places and full of black mould. Definitely not worth the cost of the room. We had three rooms for our stay and all had the same issues. We chose not to stay for breakfast because of the cleanliness concerns although the pub did look fine. Wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Hello dear respect trip group. I would like to explain why I am happy about the service and cleanliness. On the first second day of my stay AC broken, i asked them to fix the issue, just processed without fixing it. i was also unhappy about cleaning a room the second day i asked reception still no cleaning my room. I am not happy with the services and amount of money I paid . Thank you"

"We loved our overnight stay at the Aaron Causeway Hotel. Our family room was clean and spacious with three proper beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The room had a large kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided (fresh milk on request). We had dinner in the downstairs restaurant which was very good , a kid’s menu was also available. The breakfast was great with many different choices and good coffee and tea."

"Quaint tidy and spacious clean double room we had for one night . Even when we were near the busy road, the noise didn’t bother us because the room and the bed were very comfortable I will come back and use this hotel soon"

"Set in such a beautiful tranquil place in the New Forest, Burley Manor exceeded our expectations! Its picturesque front garden with deers running free, to its amazing front entrance of a stunning log burning fire enriched with a beautiful aroma in the air, topped off with a very warm cosy feeling. Could it get any better?... to then be greeted on the front desk by a kind, smiley, happy and funny lady by the name of Marylyn just made us feel at home right away. Once to our room, where its location was just perfect and easy access we entered into a very cosy bright place. The bathroom was gorgeous, its shower was grand and so relaxing and the big sink such a nice touch. Not a bad thing to say about the room... apart from we found it difficult getting out of bed in the morning as it was too comfy as we sleep so well 😀. Burley Manors breakfast, lunch and dinner was all just amazing. Huge thank you to the chefs and kitchen staff for the brilliant food. Lastly the staff were all so lovely and friendly! Keep up the amazing work. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much "
