There are very few reviews on Ctrip's foreign hotels. Although the speed of updating room availability is very slow, I often receive information after booking that the room is full, but the price seems to be the same. The hotel is on the mountain, some distance from the attractions, but it's just a walk away. Compared with Rome, the room is very big and the price is cheap. The rooms are all early, breakfast is quite simple, there is not much to eat.

The AC wasn’t working when we entered the room and it has been repaired only the day after so we spent the first night in a super hot room. The day after the elevator broke. The breakfast was chaos.. the personnel was very kind but really bad organised. The rooms are not very clean and the fridge in our room wasn’t working either. Very poor stay for a 4 star hotel, unfortunately…

I stayed at this hotel for a destination wedding that was taking place near by so it was nice to have a large group of people there to mingle with as this hotel is very small and very quiet, almost to quiet, unless you don't mind that kind of atmosphere. It was personally to ”in the middle of nowhere” for me and I would have only stayed maximum 2 nights if I had a choice. With that being said, it had a very historical authentic Italian village feel and was extremely well maintained. Very nice enchanting décor thought-out and very clean everywhere. The pool was small but nice and necessary as you can imagine in July how hot it was! The views from from the hotel were gorgeous as it is located on a hill in the countryside so you are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The sunset's were stunning! The food was quite good as well.

This was our favorite stay in our trip to Italy. No elevators for those that can't go up stairs. The hotel is nestled among the beauty of Assisi. The grounds have beautiful views and very nicely maintained. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by the kindest and friendliest staff. Marco and Lara were exceptional hosts. Marco took care of all our needs. We arrived when restaurants were mostly closed between lunch and dinner and he prepared a beautiful tray for us with their delicious wine. The breakfast was included in the price of the hotel room and was magnificent. We will definitely be staying there again.

I suppose it was a long time I wanted to try this hotel,inspired by the offer on Groupon, which I could not buy directly from the site, but from the hotel itself, so at full price. Location: located in a very peripheral area and the outside is very cold. Reception: as cold and never with a smile (which is essential for a tourist)... seems, almost,that are doing a favor!!! Essential and concise in the information. Room: clean enough, but with furniture not of four stars (more than three stars). To not talk about the mattress: it's hard, so hard to hurt my back all night and thus all day! Swimming pool:passable,but not very big and with only a small space for hydromassage. Restaurant: we have eaten only once and, I must say, well (I recommend fresh pasta with asparagus and guancial 😋). Breakfast: there are enough products both sweet and salty and the sympathy of the two ladies is unique .....at least them(and the restaurant's servers) always with a smile. Experience,finally,that I would not repeat in principle. I'm sorry 🤷
