Later, the platform said that the hotel did not agree to cancel the order. But we are already on our way to the new hotel and don't plan to go back. After several rounds of negotiations with the platform, there was no way to cancel the order in the end. I just asked the platform to re-examine the hotel's qualifications. After all, the hotel listed on the platform as a four-star standard, but actually sold 0-star services. 2.
