Very clean and neat accommodation with good amenities like washing machines and dryer. Can wash my clothes everyday and wear it next day. Also location is quite central and access to most attractions in the city is very convenient.

Services was a bit poor, I asked if I could extend and the way they respond was not even polite I understand he was saying it was fully booked but could’ve said it in a better manner.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in New Zealand. The service attitude was indifferent. I booked a house of 39 square meters but was given a house of 30 square meters and still kept arguing. Thanks to Ctrip customer service for helping solve the problem. This hotel has been blocked, please avoid lightning!

This hotel is great. The guy at the front desk doesn't speak Chinese very well but he still takes the initiative to communicate in Chinese. We were upgraded to a balcony room. The kitchen in this home is the most fully equipped, with a microwave, dishwasher, and even an oven! Disadvantages: The bathroom floor is a bit slippery when wet. It is recommended to improve it. After getting off the Skydrive from the airport, walk two small streets to get there. The environment is quiet, and you can reach the countdown if you walk forward! Recommended Recommended👍

Very good apartment hotel in great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Sky City, etc (opposite Hertz car rental). The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, bright and spacious. Very good bedding. We would definitely come back when in the area.

The hotel and the room were clean and looked newly renovated, we had a full kitchen with coffee and tea supplies.Thing to note that there is no reception between the evening hours and 8AM. We arrived on an early flight and had to wait outside.The windows do not open in the room. On a positive side, the room was ready before check in time. Overall, we had a good stay

Front desk staff made every effort to make our stay welcoming. The property is austere with no pictures on the walls, very minimalistic. To many overhead lights, no table lamps, no dressers, nightstands or end tables. No drawers for foldable clothing or underwear.
