We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and historic building. We were welcomed by the owner Vivienne and she couldn’t have been kinder, our French is terrible but she was happy to speak English which helped enormously. We were led to our room via some worn stone steps - you wonder how many people have trodden those steps over the years? Through the beautiful salon where Vivienne showed us our breakfast table for the following morning, overlooking the courtyard and into our room (the Marie Antoinette - we kept our heads fortunately!). We were completely taken with our room, it was so sweetly done keeping the character without going over the top and very big, with a huge tv, we also had a bathroom - dated but spotless, and even a kitchen, we only used the kitchen for a few hot drinks and to keep our wine cool but it was very handy. We had a walk around the grounds and they looked good but we only had a short stay so didn’t get chance to use the pool. Breakfast was delicious with home made jam, bread, fabulous cheeses and good coffee and then it was time to leave. This isn’t a château that has been done up expensively but that is what I found so charming, it is unspoilt and unpretentiousness and you get a real sense of history when you stay, we loved it and think it is really good value.

Superbe château, très proche du Futuroscope. La chambre est immense la cuisine un plus. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié avec des produits locaux le broyer du Poitou est très bon. Décor d époque dans tout le château Nous avons profité du billard et joué au ping pong.

Parfait pour une visite du Futuroscope, à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Le château, rénové et en assez bon état, est très joli. Nous n'avons pas profité de l'extérieur car la météo n'était pas avec nous. Les chambres sont sous les toits, donc en cas de fort vent/pluie le bruit peu être assez fort. Les velux sont équipés de rideaux parfaitement occultant, et les rideaux des fenêtres font le job : on peut dormir le matin ! La literie est confortable, et suffisamment chaude. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, composé de produits frais et maison. Mes enfants étaient ravis de ces deux nuits, tout comme mon époux et moi-même. Un rapport qualité-prix impeccable !

Nous avons passé deux nuits au château autour d'une journée au Futuroscope. La situation est idéale pour cela. Le château est très cosy tout en gardant un aspect authentique et traditionnel. L'accueil est chaleureux et le service est attentionné. La table du petit déjeuner est parfaite avec de délicieux produits maison. Un séjour qui nous a enchantés !

3 nuits passées dans l’appartement Pinède. Accueil sympathique, logement spacieux et climatisé Les lits sont des 190cm donc si vous êtes grands c’est juste mais ils sont confortables. Propreté nickel, joints de la douche à prévoir mais ça reste correct. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est copieux mais sans charcuterie. La piscine est un peu vieillotte mais a le mérite d’exister et les serviettes de bain sont fournies. Ping Pong, billard et jeux de société en libre accès. Notre séjour a été agréable.
