Very convenient location , near to Palais Des Papes parking with a 20% discount given . Staff were friendly and helpful .

A nice hotel. perfect location, 2 min walk to the palace and restaurants around.

It's a wedding favour, small but very clean in the central square of Avignon. Breakfast excellent and complete with everything salty and sweet. Very kind and helpful staff. Well furnished room, quiet, kettle with biscuits and various bags, large bathroom

Located in a privileged and unbeatable site next to the Papal Palace. It has parking although we parked near the wall a few minutes walk away, it is regulated paid parking although from 7 to 9 a.m. it is not paid. Quiet and quiet room overlooking the beautiful square, very good reception service.

Cute hotel in a great location. It was lovely to wander the streets in the area. Staff were always friendly and the daily room cleaning superb (especially considering our stuff was spread all over the place. 😀)

Nice small hotel. But the area little bit too quiet during weekdays

Location was great, very close to the old town. The only thing is that we thought the property comes with parking as it shown in the picture, but after we spend 5 minutes drive into the town and arrived at the hotel, we were told that only available parking was the underground parking palais des papes which the entrances is another 5 minutes driving outside the town. Good thing is that the hotel offers discount and we left our luggage at the front desk while we went for parking. Other than that I was very satisfied by the room condition, it’s very clean and has everything we needed,nexceed my expectation for a 2 star hotel.

Very difficult to access, no possible to drive to and long walk from the car. Never received the confirmation of cash payment for the extras. Central to the main attractions.

The hotel is dishonest and cheats it's customers. It's air conditioning broke down but they did not inform me beforehand or even when I was checking in. I only found out after got to the room. I checked out immediately after asking for a refund. I was told to ask *******. To date, neither the hotel nor ******* has agreed to give me a refund despite failing to provide for air conditioning as promised (it was warm as the sun cooks up the room in the day). I did not even stay past an hour and the hotel has eaten up my money for three days worth! If they had informed me beforehand that the aircon was down, I could have cancelled for free. The hotel is now lying hat they turned down the aircon to comply with some energy saving nonsense rule. They are also deleting my posts. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP LIKE ME! Wish me luck in getting my money back!
