"They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay."

"The hotel location is convenient. The room is clean but felt a bit outdated. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom could use some upgrades, as the water pressure is low. The Wi-Fi is free but slow, which was a bit annoying. It’s a decent budget option, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The parking lot is provided free by the hotel. Staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay at the KOBEMAS Hotel Malacca is excellent."

"Overall, I can rate the stay as comfort enough, but there was some uneasy feeling because the shower in the bathroom provided not enough water pressure. Slow water tap. It caused the stay some uncomfortable feeling. The breakfast food is the same all the day during my stay, which I think should do a rotation basis, to accommodate the people whom stay longer. Overall, good job."

"Ames Hotel melaka was super comfortable, the bed size is big and I love the bathtub too.
The only thing I think needed to improve was Gym , two treadmills were out of order at the same time The machine is quite old.
The swimming pool there towel is finished .
Hopefully next time can provide more towels so that we can use it after swimming.
Overall this hotel is fantastic just some facilities could be improved."

"Fast check-in and check-out, plenty of parking spots available. I booked a room for 3 people, it looked decent at first glance however you can see dirty patches on the wall, mold spots and soap stains in the bathroom. The beds are low, causing difficulty for those with back pains, and really old and made squeaking sounds. Aircond worked fine, however the same can’t be said about the TV and the hairdryer. There’s no mini bar even though it’s shown in the photo. The iron and ironing board is located outside the room. Some amenities i.e toothbrush, comb weren’t provided. Maybe I was unlucky with the room and it felt like staying at a 2-star.
We had breakfast buffet at Bemban restaurant, food was good with decent options. The dinner at Asahan Coffee was also superb, especially the fish head curry was sooo good.
The staff were all friendly and gave greetings and the service was good. But the hotel should really invest more in the housekeeping area and the furniture/appliances maintenance."

"Overall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality."

"The room was very clean and homey. Great hospitality- the owner brought a stand fan for me upon request. Walking distance to MMU Melaka and food places. All is good except for the lengthy and complicated google form i had to complete before checking in. Other than that, excellent!"
