"I have stayed at this hotel 7-8 times since about two years ago, and I think it is one of the hotel chains with high hospitality overall.
The breakfast is well-balanced and appetizing, so I am very satisfied, and it is also very clean. The only disappointment is that the bathtub in the unit bathroom is unusually small.
In winter, my skin often feels cold when it touches the shower curtain...it's difficult to take a shower while standing."
"It seems to have been renovated, and it is cleaner than before COVID.
The rooms and hot springs are great!
The staff are also kind and everyone is very nice.
It's a shame that the restaurant in the hotel was closed.
We went out to eat, so we couldn't drink alcohol 🥲
This is my third visit, and I'm always happy to see the monkey family (a pretty big group) in the parking lot 😊"

"I went skiing with friends and chose this hotel. Stayed for two nights, including Japanese and French dinners. The taste is not bad.
The hot spring is a typical hot soup.
Overall feeling very good"
"The guestroom is a nice place to stay in, but getting there needs some planning. To get to the guestroom, I alighted at the Azumi-Oiwake station. I was taken aback that I was not able to get any public transport at the train station. I had to seek assistance from the employee at a provision store to help me call for a taxi. I was so embarrassed to troubling them.
Amenities around the guestroom were wanting. Most restaurants around the area open at 11am and close at 4.30pm. A lot of cafes around but not easily accessible. It is very inconvenient without a personal transport. But room at the guestroom was spacious. Area was quiet at this time of the year."
"Use Japanese-style room (with breakfast without bath and toilet). The facilities were old but well cleaned and comfortable. The bath is not a hot spring, but locals come in and take it at night and in the morning. The open-air bath was closed in winter and it was not a Yukimi bath, but it warms up with plenty of hot water. Locals also use it. The breakfast was simple, but the number of items was delicious. The staff are kind and friendly."

Great
MMontawanTaxi fare to and from the train station 900 yen per trip, not expensive.
I used to try to walk from the station to the hotel by visiting Hotaka Shrine and continue walking along the waterway.
Open Google map to navigate with you, not lost, and it is a pleasant route.
The hotel itself is not new. But clean, available lay out of a strange twin room.
But personally, I like it very much, because it has mutual privacy.
The windows of every room overlook the Japanese Alps
Breakfast is set. Choose Japanese or western style.
It's delicious to be laid out and tastes good too.
Next to the hotel, there is a take away food shop called hottomotto, delicious and cost-effective.
Or walking to the other way, there is a community mall with super market, Muji and Mc Donald.
The owner of the accommodation, both female and male, are lovely, hospitable and communicate in English.
GGuest UserIt rained, the room was on the second floor, and I had to fall down the stairs and then go up the stairs, so I didn't put the suitcase in the room. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room, which was particularly bad. The food is very simple Japanese cuisine.
The overall price is not high, it is not recommended to stay.
