"The heating is very sufficient, very sufficient, enough to be a bit hot, the toilet is small, there is a heating rack that can hang towels, basically if you wash your clothes yourself, it will be dried overnight. There is a large cloakroom. There is no socket on the bed above, and there are sockets on both sides of the bed below. If you need to charge your mobile phone, it is best to bring a longer line. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and the parking lot is relatively large. Although it looks relatively biased, there are not many roads to go down is the town center shop. The scenery is very good."
"The hotel is in a small town, there is no time to enjoy the scenery of the town, it is a hot spring SPA hotel, and there is no time to experience the SPA. It is a little regrettable. The price is a bit expensive."

"The view is very good. It takes 20 minutes to drive in Harstadt. The room is smaller than the promotional picture. It is at another front desk, but it is not far from the public area and the restaurant. Many men in the sauna are **, which will make people startle. Dinner service can be served, but breakfast and dinner are not good."
"The incomparable beauty has made us recall the wonderful experience of staying in the cottage by Lake Grundl more than two months after returning home. After seeing the mountains and waters of Switzerland, we firmly believe that the Kammergut Lake District in Salzburg, Austria is the most beautiful area in the Alps and has the best experience. We lived on the first floor of the hotel, getting up early and returning late every day, early in the morning, evening, late at night, a glass of beer, two lounge chairs, three or four fireflies, a bay of Lake Grundl, a spire church, a village in the distance, a large knee-deep lawn in front of the door, and my son catching butterflies and dragonflies in the flowers every day. This scene is engraved in my mind, a beautiful memory."
"Really great service!!! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is perfect with the lake view. The breakfast and dinner is nice too, highly recommend the dinner, be noticed that Mon & Tue is closed for dinner."

"The hotel is located in the small town of Upper Traun, 5 kilometers walk from Harstadt Town, you can walk there, you can also take a train 2.8 Europe, then cross the wheel, you can also ride a bicycle (the hotel provides free) or take a taxi to arrive. The hotel owner lives upstairs in the cabin, the first floor is for accommodation, clean and clean, can cook, there is a sauna, and the bedroom can live in 3-4 people. The scenery is beautiful and the owner of the room is enthusiastic, but remember to check out at 10 o'clock the next day. Overall very good."
"The location is quite far away from Hallstatt if you are planning to use this as a base (ard 10-20 min bus or 5 min train + ferry if you catch the train), but the view and price definitely compensate it. The view is really fantastic and you can see Hallstatt and the absolutely stunning lake view from your room if you book the balcony one. It is a really good deal for me. The staff is also very nice and friendly.
But do note that luggage storage is a paid service (2 euro for one day so I thk its not bad). Also you only have your own bathroom, but not toilet in your room (in my case I have to walk a little to find my toilet which is shared within 2 rooms) If you do not mind these, this is a perfect room with the perfect view!"
"Very nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course.
It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all.
I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution."
