"Highly recommend this place to stay ! Stunning View ! Check in was easy! They provide us nice welcome drinks, they also provide you parking if you are driving here without paying any fees. A little unhappy with the gym room that do not provide water , i went down to receptionist and ask for water. She said they are too busy, help yourself with water ! Breakfast is good, must get their breakfast this is because you cant find any restaurant nearby unless you grab yourself simple food from grocery."

"The hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!"
