I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. A housekeeper added WeChat a week in advance and sent out activities on the same day. The activities were super rich. The whole family never came out since they entered. The 270-degree lake view room is amazing. It feels like living in a bonsai, lying on the lake view. This B&B is the most advanced B&B I have ever stayed in. It not only has floor heating but also central air conditioning. There are various types of public areas. Breakfast is provided in a buffet style like a hotel. Considering that the B&B is located halfway up the mountain, it provides warm dinner service for guests. The hotel is in a good location, awesome 👍

There are also many farms and restaurants nearby, so it is convenient to find food. It is my first time to choose a B&B and I have a good impression.

Traditional handmade: lacquer fan/sachet (choose one of the two): unexpected surprise, the children are very interested. Play in the squirrel tribe: The squirrel tribe is outdoors, with pheasants, pigeons, squirrels, rabbits, marmots, and raccoons. It is good to bring some nuts and bread to feed the animals. It is also convenient to buy on the spot, enough to play for a morning. Play table tennis or billiards for 2 hours: You can play for two hours on the first floor (not the lobby floor) by swiping your room card. The picture shows the breakfast buffet environment. The room is also very new and the supplies are good. The bath set is made by Herborist, a domestic product. Therefore, I think this B&B is better because I think the concept of Herborist is very similar to the environment of this B&B.
