Qingyuan Hotels with Balcony

This was our company's team-building choice, and the 22 rooms perfectly met our team's needs. The butler set up a group chat in advance for coordination, and everything from room assignments to meal arrangements was well-organized with extremely fast response times. In the evening, we had a barbecue and bonfire on the lawn. The guesthouse even arranged for roasted sweet potatoes to be delivered to our rooms, which were piping hot and added to the great atmosphere. The infinity pool on the fourth floor became the main battleground for colleagues to take photos and check in. The 270° panoramic view directly faces the karst peaks, and everyone said this was the most photogenic guesthouse we've stayed at for team building. The architecture itself is also very well-designed, with a pure white, minimalist style that contrasts sharply with the surrounding mountains. The conference room's floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the peaks, making meetings much less painful, haha.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – it feels like being in Yangshuo, but with a much more relaxed and tranquil vibe. However, it is a bit remote, so finding other entertainment or restaurants nearby might be challenging. Good thing the hotel has its own bar and coffee shop! You could easily spend a whole day and night just relaxing here, it's perfect for unwinding. Just a heads-up, on rainy days there might be quite a few bugs, so that's something to consider. Overall, for a hotel in the 2000 price range, I'm very satisfied.

Amazing overall! Style, taste, and service were all top-notch! Excellent value for money! 1. We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful! 2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value… 6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play. 7. They have collaborations with local cultural and creative brands, and intangible heritage experiences, offering many discounts… Highly recommend, I'd definitely go back again!!!

As a photographer, choosing Meilin Lake Royal Villa was purely a case of 'paying for the shot'! The villa faces the Ferris wheel and lake, and at 7 AM during 'blue hour,' the misty lake with the Ferris wheel's silhouette felt incredibly cinematic. By 3 PM, the sunlight streamed into the room, creating perfect light and shadow with the floor-to-ceiling windows and white sheer curtains – absolutely amazing for portraits! When the butler learned I was there for photography, they proactively suggested, 'The wisteria trellis in the backyard has the best light at 4 PM, and you can borrow a reflector by the pool.' They even helped me move tables and chairs to the optimal shooting spot. The vintage desk lamp and rattan furniture in the room instantly gave everything an Instagrammable vibe. Even the bathroom mirror is anti-fog, so no worries about steam blurring the lens during a bathroom photoshoot. Most importantly, it was a comfortable stay. While I was editing photos at night, the butler brought hot milk and said, 'Don't stay up too late.' Details like that make a perfectionist ecstatic! For future lake-view client shoots, this will definitely be my top choice for a 'model villa'!

Absolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine. As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!

Glamping in China I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities. But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections. First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation. We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom. More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent. I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times. Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers. The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh. We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding ! There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic . All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel. Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you. But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home. Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!

All the staff were very warm and polite, always waving hello and goodbye whenever we left or returned 👋🏻. The hotel offers convenient private transfers to all destinations. We went there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a 6-inch cake 🎂. The facilities are excellent, with several play areas that kids love, and adults can enjoy movie screenings and art spaces. There are also three water parks to explore 👙. The only slight downside of this trip was that the lighting in the hotel room made it very difficult to do makeup. Even with all the lights on, it was still dim 🌌, and the vanity mirror didn't have a light. Also, after coming back from an outing, I noticed that some trash was still left in the room after cleaning. This might be something they need to pay more attention to. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the overall hotel experience! 🥹🥹

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning. We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way. But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

This hotel boasts a great location right by the lake. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with stunning lake and mountain views. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Baojing Palace scenic area, which offers activities like exploring a grotto, via ferrata, a glass bridge, and boating. The hotel itself has several swimming pools – an infinity pool, a kids' splash pool, and a quiet pool for serious swimmers. There's also a private hot spring area and a Biliu Cave. You could easily spend three days here without even leaving the hotel, and you can rent an electric scooter to get around. My kids absolutely loved it. The room size and facilities were also good. On the downside, it was quite damp and stuffy, likely due to its location between the lake and the mountains. The cleaning staff even used a wet mop, leaving the floor very wet when we first entered. There was also standing water on the path to the pool that wasn't promptly cleaned, and an elderly person in our group fell and had to see a doctor when we got home. The service was also quite rough around the edges. Early in the morning, before we were even awake, a cleaning lady knocked on our door – not with the doorbell, but with her hand – insisting on asking when she could clean the room. After we complained, she didn't show up for the next two days. In summary, it's a hotel with a great location and good facilities, but the service quality is just average.

The facilities are modern, the environment is peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The butler was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate. Parking is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. The water in the water park is very clean, and there are many facilities for children to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.
