The location is very good, walking distance to Ubud Palace and Ubud Art Market, and there is a convenience store within a five-minute walk. The service quality is also very good. When we went to the swimming pool to swim, the staff took the initiative to give us towels to use. They were very considerate. Everyone was smiling and polite. We were very satisfied. The room is large and comfortable. There are signs of depreciation, but it's acceptable. The swimming pool is great, I believe it is the largest swimming pool in the center of Ubud. The only thing that is a little confusing is that guests cannot bring food into the room to eat. Maybe they are afraid of attracting insects or because they have their own restaurant. This was by far our best accommodation on our recent trip to Bali. The family room was beautifully styled and spacious - the perfect configuration for 2 adults, 2 children. I loved the semi outdoor shower. The long pool, while rather deep for little kids, was perfect for swimming laps and cooling off after exploring the streets of Ubud. The grounds offer lots of quiet spaces to relax. Fantastic central location, walkable to all the central sights, yet quiet enough that you weren’t immediately in the hustle and bustle stepping outside your hotel. The host Merry was lovely. We were impressed by the adjoining restaurant too. While not cheap (to our surprise many options in Bali aren’t), this represents a good value stay.
