Best hotel in ubud, great value And Best tour guide (Weda)

Excellent team and excellent location in the hard of Ubud.  We enjoyed every day of staying there

Super comfortable villas with amazing surroundings. All the hotel staff were perfect and very helpful. The location is close to Ubud city and next to the monkey forest. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had informed them in advance that we would be staying here for our honeymoon. When we arrived at the hotel and were shown to our room, we were immediately impressed. The bed was beautifully made and beautifully decorated with flowers. We also received a complimentary massage. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, from the room to the private pool and the approach to the room. When we returned to our room after going out, we found fresh towels by the private pool. Our pet, who had been rolling around and getting a little messy, had also been replaced with new towels in the room. Everything was perfect, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality and price. We will definitely use their services again the next time we visit Ubud.

The restaurant staff and massage parlor staff were truly terrible. The front desk staff were friendly, but the restaurant staff sarcastically chattered, laughed, and talked in a mixture of Indonesian and English. I've traveled to many countries, but Tejaprana was the worst. They ruined a wonderful trip, and I have a bad impression of Tejaprana Bisma because of them. They were truly rude and inconsiderate. Also, the banana dessert we received tasted sour. It must have gone bad in the hot weather. Also, the new towels they brought us were so stained that I felt uncomfortable using them. I had high expectations because of the great reviews, but I guess you can't trust reviews. The restaurant staff ruined the hotel's reputation.

It's a pity that it was raining in Bali this time, so I couldn't take pictures in the private swimming pool, and the water was a little cold, but overall it's still a very good hotel with a beautiful environment and warm and helpful service staff. You can try it when you come to Ubud. It's very close to the sacred monkey forest.

All the staff were friendly and nice. The facilities are good and it's private, so I want to visit again! The location is a bit small, but it's still easy to get back and forth by Grab😊

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is so pretty and the staff are all friendly. The infinity pool with a view of the jungle is also pretty. The breakfast was delicious no matter what I chose.

When I made the reservation, there weren't many Korean reviews, but recently there were a lot of blog reviews, and when I came, there were about 3 Korean couples. I guess the more I look into it, the better the hotel is?? Breakfast: It's not a buffet, but a breakfast where you order food, so it's cleaner and feels like you're eating. You can order unlimited food. I tried almost all the menus for 3 days, and the best one was Eggs Benedict. The rest were average, and the Mi Goreng Nasi Goreng was a little bland, but delicious. The breakfast was generous, so I could eat even if I slept in late. ㅎㅎ View: This is a bit disappointing, but I wanted to enjoy the pool villa properly, so I paid more and chose the Valley View, but the view wasn't good because the pool was right in front. I was disappointed because the room was different from the picture. Also, compared to the picture of the terrace room, there were more grass around the pool, so there were a lot of bugs in the outdoor space. (Single-leaved grass, martens, etc.) But when I left the room, they disinfected it with bugs, so I didn't see a single ant in the room, and they even got rid of all the bugs outside. I think this is pretty great for an outdoor space.

The room is clean, there is a garden and a separate swimming pool, the environment is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is made to order, it is very rich and tastes good, close to Ubud Palace
