Hotel staffs regardless front desk, or even housekeeper are so friendly and always warm welcoming to every guests. They are always greet us with warm smiles and kind greetings. Great location near to beachwalk mall

Facilities: Very complete, with a fridge and a separate wet/dry shower. There's also a balcony. Cleanliness: Great. Ambiance: There's a swimming pool downstairs. Service: They even gave a small gift, which was very thoughtful. The only downside is that when the shopping mall isn't open, you have to use the main entrance, which is a bit far. Also, since the beach is right outside, surfing enthusiasts should be aware that you need to wear proper attire (no swimwear/bikinis) when entering and exiting the mall.

Perfect location. Hotel is connected to the shopping mall. Beautiful facilities and clean cozy room. Stuffs were very friendly and helpful as always. If you’re looking to stay in kuta beach and do shopping, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Great food, dope atmosphere and busy streets filled with tourists. Fun place to stay.

The room was decent, with direct beach access. Free bicycles are provided for guests to cycle along the coastal path. Exiting from the back, a shopping mall is a short walk to the right. To the left, the airport is also conveniently located, just under a 20-minute walk. Backpackers without heavy luggage can easily walk there. For breakfast, they offer a variety of freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Aloft was great! It’s located right at Beachwalk shopping centre, which makes it very convenient to get food. Coconut ice cream from Tukies was nice :-) It’s also a stone’s throw from Kuta Beach. If you walk maybe 30min along the roads in either direction, you’ll come across many many shops. 30min sounds long but it’s not at all long when you’re there browsing shops and walking the streets. Many surf shops nearby, coffee places, and souvenirs. At the hotel, there is a welcome popsicle. Breakfast was nice too… they have a wide variety!

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the airport. I booked an airport transfer through Trip.com for just over 60 [currency, likely IDR, but often implied as local currency], which was cheaper than taking a taxi directly. It's built next to a shopping mall, so it's very lively. There's plenty to do every evening, and you won't get bored. Inside the mall, there's a Coco supermarket, a pharmacy, and a Watsons, perfect for buying souvenirs and fruits. I even found the popular coconut chips at Coco. There's also an ATM nearby for cash withdrawals. You can also find stalls selling local SIM cards; I got one for 90 [currency] with 19GB data, valid for a month. The breakfast was quite plentiful. The milk in Bali is delicious, and they offer three types of juice, along with yogurt and ice cream. I highly recommend the milk! They also have a noodle station and freshly made waffles and pancakes. The fried noodles were also quite good. The hotel's overall environment is decent and fairly new. It's not far from the beach, though you do have to walk around the mall, about a 10-15 minute stroll. While Kuta beach isn't great for swimming, it's perfect for surfing. A one-hour lesson with an instructor costs about 100 RMB, which is quite affordable. It's also very close to the popular Fat Chow restaurant. You absolutely must try their Indonesian fried rice; it was the best I'd had during my whole trip. Now for the downsides: The bathroom doesn't have a door, which is a bit inconvenient. I booked a poolside room, but it wasn't direct pool access, which was a bit misleading (refer to picture 7). The pool is quite small, just as it appears in the photo (picture 1). Also, one day, the head of my water flosser, which I had left on the mini-bar counter, somehow ended up on the bathroom floor. I'm not sure if it's because I forgot to leave a tip.

We had a great experience staying at Aloft Hotel Kuta Beach! The location is fantastic—right by the shopping mall and just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for both relaxation and exploring. The room was comfortable, though the sofa and a few corners were a bit dusty. That said, everything else was clean and well-maintained, so it didn’t affect our overall enjoyment. Breakfast had a decent variety of options, and while it was good, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of flavour and freshness. The design of the hotel is modern and lush, with beautiful greenery throughout the property—it really adds to the relaxing vibe. Would definitely stay again!

Is connected to shopping center, easy access and grabbing food, good relaxing environment

Stayed here for 5 days and it was absolute perfection! The villa with a private pool was stunning—clean, cozy, and surrounded by lush greenery. Staff were incredibly attentive, remembering our preferences and going out of their way to help. The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh local fruits and delicious made-to-order dishes. The infinity pool with ocean views? Breathtaking. Every moment felt like a dream. Can’t wait to return—10/10 recommend!

The room is clean, and the service crew is 👍 However, the water quality in kuta is really poor and unclean. After just one shower using a filter 🚿 it’s turned completely black.
