Clean and well-equipped apartment

I am SCANDALIZED and I am going to complain tomorrow at Moulin Neuf: I booked a 1-day stay FOR ONE PERSON WITHOUT BREAKFAST (cost of approximately 18 euros which had been announced) even though I received a DEPOSIT NOTICE FROM 51.53 EUROS. I REQUEST AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE OVERCHARGE.

3rd stay in this hotel chain. This time we took the apartment. Good value for money. Room fairly clean and well equipped. Quiet, we came on the weekend and the hotel was far from full. Apartment with bathtub, hot water, large fridge, well-equipped kitchen, heating ok. Large parking lot in front of the hotel. Simple and well-organized check-in procedure. Recommended without hesitation.

Horrible A smell of dead rats in the corridors and even in the room (had to go buy a deodorant to not smell this smell) In addition..... I was forced to shorten my stay due to a personal emergency..... Impossible to get a refund for my two unused nights!!!!! Even though I had paid for the cancellation option!!!! I'll skip the details like no air conditioning, just an old fan, broken toilet bowl, cleaning that leaves something to be desired.... Anyway, I don't like to criticize, quite the contrary, but don't overdo it!!!!! To be avoided

Small studio well located a stone's throw from the city, large free parking in front of the apartments. Good reception. If reception locks the keys are in a box with a code that we send you the same day. The studio is not very big but well equipped shower WC small fridge two hotplates TV comfortable bedding. Value for money is good. The only downside is a hood would be welcome.... You can hear a little background noise but it is not too disturbing. An address to remember.

Night planned for August 24 on return from vacation to take a break. Geographically the place is not very welcoming (nothing to do with the well-exposed Google photos). Inside, a sickening smell in the corridors and in the apartment, stifling heat with a musty smell, no air conditioning just dirty fans. We therefore want to make a complaint but, despite the staff present behind the curtains of the reception, no one even answers our phone. So we decided to put the suitcases back in the trunk and went straight back to sleep in good conditions with our 5 year old daughter. No refund or commercial gesture from management. This establishment should be avoided. It's a shame !

This establishment is to be avoided! As soon as we arrive, we leave immediately! A very bad smell reigns in the corridors, but in the room it is even worse! In addition, the doors and handles of cupboards, fridges, etc. were sticky, everything was dirty and it was stiflingly hot. The reception was closed although 2 people were present behind the rolling curtain, no one wanted to take the trouble to answer us either face to face or on the phone. So we wrote to them but no response from them, we only saw that they had canceled our reservation and of course no refund or commercial gesture. Having a 5 year old child, it was out of the question to have her sleep in such a place, so we added a 2.5 hour drive to get home in the middle of the evening. A shame, an aberrant lack of hygiene and non-existent professionalism. Go your way!

Dirty room, your bed is rotten, poorly made, dust everywhere, dirty shower, TV that works once in five. No hot water, so shower with cold water. Microwave that doesn't work, rotten hotel. For the price it's a shame, I won't come back😡😡😡

Nouvelle escapade à Manosque et un séjour supplémentaire à la Résidence Moulin Neuf Séjours et Affaires du 17 au 24 juin 2023 A nouveau très satisfaite de cet établissement , l'accueil y est toujours aussi sympathique et les prestations exemplaires . Séjour très réussi fin juin 2022. On y est au calme , la formule hôtel/appart est bien appréciable , le personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. J'y retournerai , c'est sûr ! Le coin cuisine est bien équipé , la literie confortable et le parking au pied de la résidence est indéniablement un atout supplémentaire . Je l'ai déjà dit et je persiste : cette résidence est " top "
