Neo+ was fine for a 2 night stay. It’s only 3 years old, so I was surprised at how well worn the room was, but it was pretty clean. The aircon leaked all over the floor on my first night but was ok the second. WiFi didn’t work well at all. Bathroom was quite sp**** - could have done with a couple of small towels and a hair dryer. Breakfast was mostly Asian with an egg station and toaster. The big negative for me was the location - not the best of locations for a visitor, and quite a long way from anything. Down by the water is far nicer.

The hotel service is very good and relatively clean. But the biggest problem is that it is too far from the urban area of ​​Balikpapan, and there are no office areas around it. There is only an industrial park of Indonesian Petroleum Company not far away. If you don't go to that place there is no need to stay here. Swiss Garden and Gran Sanu in downtown Balikpapan are both very good, four-star and five-star respectively. Business twin or single-bed rooms are generally around 400 yuan, which is more convenient.

Front office staff very fast for check in process, room was clean, but for wastafel is not working properly, water still stack on wastafel bowl. ”HOT WATER” Not working really Bad Experience during stay with this property Facility OK ( Gym center & Swimming pool) For F&B Skybar food ( Nasi Goreng & Spaghetti Carbonara nicely) For Breakfast all Food was Nice & Taste Specially for ”Pecel” Very tasty All Staff very friendly and always help us during stay with this Property
