First-class five-star hotel, the facilities are very new and the rooms are large. Opposite is a golf course and the surrounding environment is good. The staff is enthusiastic. When you check in, you will be able to add 150 RMB to upgrade the room and send breakfast. In fact, the price is average.

The location was great, with a lot of good shopping and food close by and walkable. Location was relatively quiet as well, being off the main roads. Staff were helpful and polite, albeit there may still be a slight problem with English. The breakfast is highly recommended for a taste of Indian food; you can request for fresh dosa but the variety and variation each day was excellent (we had different dishes over the 4 mornings, although there were staples). Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Bengaluru.

We stayed in suite room and it was good, best part was it's washroom, swimming pool was average. Location is average as there was sound from nearby construction, rest all good. Complimentary breakfast was also good. We had lunch and dinner in blr brewing which was really good in taste.

The location of this hotel is great. Their service is very good. Food is also good. But the hotel requires renovation and the furniture should also be replaced by new furniture. What they have now is very old. Overall it was a comfortable stay. I will definitely book this hotel again whenever i am in bangalore.

The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

Good service hotel The accommodation is very clean. But listening to the Indians in front of the counter, do not know about it, have to translate the language, overall, very ok.

It was a memorable trip. Services were top notch and impeccable service attitude seen in all staff. Frankly, I have not seen such a high service standards so far in my earlier visits to other countries and hotels. Staff was extremely courteous and made our trip very comfortable in all aspects. Would like to commend one particular female front office staff ms akansha who made all the sincere efforts to make our stay so comfortable. She also arranged to provide us rooms for early check ins as we were very tired upon arrival into the hotel. Please cherish all the staff who made our stay so so comfortable and we felt it like home. Kudos and 7 stars to the hotel for their impeccable and flawless services. Will definately stay again and recommend the hotel to my friends.
