Stayed here on and off when I had a minimal budget and needed to be in Bangkok. Lots can be improved but it has a great location and the staff tries to be helpful if you need something

房間很乾凈，也很安靜。服務態度很好，很和氣，衹是要求比較多，不能在浴室洗衣服，衹能用洗衣機，不能吃東西，不能喝東西等等。

The room was very clean and quiet. The service attitude is very good and very kind, but there are many requirements. You can't wash clothes in the bathroom, you can only use the washing machine, you can't eat, you can't drink, etc.

I've stayed here on and off and because it is fairly good value for the price. The location is excellent near to W District and everything you need including the Phra Khanong BTS Sukhumvit line.

The staff generally tries to be helpful and the manager is very responsive to messages.

Some improvements can be made regarding cleaning protocols with bathrooms ensuring that all areas are cleaned properly everyday and things like toilet paper and soap are always in stock without asking. 

Overall the place has good potential with consistent effort, attention and care
