The room is okay, the AC is noisy, the housekeeping team will open your door even if you are sleeping

7-10 mins walking distance to shopping centers, has a near affordable restos! Staffs are also super friendly. Only problem is pool is not working and we only knew that after checking-in. (One of the reason we booked the hotel, relaxation after ventures). Then, restroom in the room we stayed in has a foul pee odor in the shower area, hoping they could fix those pipes. (Not in the bowl area, in the shower are itself where we don’t even pee). Over all 4/5 rating!

Dusty and bed sheet is old bed sheet not yet change .shower time no hot water.dont have telephone no in the room.go down to reception and talk to them also never do anything.

good hotel, we were put on the 1st floor, it was dark in the room, but it was nice to sleep. Clean. Every day the room was cleaned, water, coffee and tea. The room was quiet, the window overlooked the courtyard.

Hotel cleaner didn’t say anything nice when we asked him to take our towel 😡😡 Also we didn’t get our towel after hotel check out So hotel service is very bad

As I have said before the Hyde Park will see me again.Friendly staff and cozy rooms and a great rooftop pool,What a excellent place to be in the Heart of Beautiful Bangkok.My home away from home.

Service is good. 👍🏻 Polite people. And Good swimming pool 👍🏻 In the room was some of bugs , but hotel always come to help with this problem 🥹 Thank you ☺️ For this price it’s not bad for staying some of days . Can come back 😉

Arrived at the hotel and shower hot water doesn’t work, technician came to repair but doesn’t help at all. Was changed to another room on day 2, but it was the same for the shower. Overall, cleanliness is good and comfortable bed. Getting grab or Bolt is slightly hard and will advise to take train instead. Long wait for the grab as the area was quite out of way. Here is more for who are looking at affordable hotel at rather convenient location. Nearby have cafes

The rooms are small but very clean. It is at walking distance from Indira Mall. It is very good to get such a room at this price.

The AC was very loud and it was either too hot or too cold. The room had a weird smell at all times. The whole building was badly lighted. The bed, pillow and the comforter was very uncomfortable. But the food on the 1st floor was good with good service. The lobby workers were very nice as well.
