The hotel is quite good with very nice and friendly staffs. The swimming is not so big but quite clean. I like the location the most, very convenient and close to the train station

Very bad counter staff, very rude . Wanted to use my cc to put deposit. The guy staff said possible to use credit card. Suddenly one aunty came in and say cash only . Ridiculous. Room was not clean . Mosquitoes was sitting on the bed waiting for my arrival . First and last time staying here .

1. Accommodation is good with the necessary facilities and services. Most hotels in Thailand don’t offer toothbrush, toothpaste or slipper so this isn’t surprising to me. The facilities are a bit dated yet work well. 2. First time entering the room, there was a weird smell but it disappeared after I turned on the air-conditioner. The sink pipe in my room 504 leaks. Hope it will be fixed soon. 3. The staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot to put the cleansing card but the staff still gave me the new water. Quick check-in and check-out. The deposit is 500B. 4. The position is really convenient to me because i use the bus most of my time in Thailand. It’s near the airport rail link and bus stop. It’s also near Central wOrld, Siam Paragon, Pratunam Market or Victory Monument. Besides, it’s located in an alley so there is no traffic noise. I love it because i don’t mind walking I still can book grab because there’s parking area. Perfect! 5. Compared to a 3-star hotel, it’s good beyond my expectation. I definitely will come back.

The room was decent, we enjoyed the rooftop pool which was quiet every day.

The stuffs are ready friendly and helpful from the day one to checkout. And the location is near airport rail link so it’s very easy to go around. In rooftop they had a little garden and swimming pool and also they had beanbags too. It’s a nice place to getaway place to choose. I also definitely would choose again. P.S the food photo is from the nearest shop from hotel and very delicious.

Hotel easy to find!! i love the surrounding, peaceful!!! staff very friendly and always smile😅 even ask us want to clean our room or not. near to train station. 5 minutes walk only. near the hotel got restaurant which is the seafood very fresh and the price very cheap!! our room at 5th floor near the swimming pool. very recommended and definitely will come again !!!

Room is not that good, facilities is bit old need to change. Service must be improve to be more friendlier. Anyway, I got good sleep there 😉

Good quality bed and pillow , the front desk try their best to let me check in earlier when I arrive , and when after I check out they still help me to tell the driver about how to get to this hotel, the location is still ok , 15-18min walk to centralworld shopping mall . Nearby got a laundry shop .

Nice hotel..good location near malls and many restaurants. Staff were nice and accommodating!

What a fantastic hotel!! It may not be the biggest hotel in Bangkok but the hotel's location is on a quaint little street. The Hotel's staff gave us friendly smiles and great service. The hotel also affords peace and quiet you may want in a big city like Bangkok. And of course the big attraction is that beautiful rooftop pool. We may not have visited Bangkok for a long time on this occasion, and the few days flew by like a dream. The Hyde park made those few days feel like a dream come true.

The hotel is very near to train station so getting to the airport is easy. The room is acceptable for the price.

Do not believe what you see on the pictures. This property cannot called “Hotel” it is a guest house. Located next to the main highway. Its in very small hidden road so when I arrived, taxi couldn’t not find it. I booked my stays for 5 nights but I couldn’t not stay there even for 1night. Hotel walls like a paper thin. I could hear my neighbors speaking. People was walking up to 3am and banging their doors. I could not sleep the entire night. I went and complained and asked them for a refund at least my some of my money, management refused to help and do anything about it. Trying to contact the Trip.com costumer service and never heard from them. I usually don’t like to write my reviews, but this is special case and i believe costumers deserve to know the truth and don’t believe the 5stars reviews.

You have to additional buy for the tooth brush. But overall is very good. If want go to pratunam its a bit far , take tuktuk to go to shopping centre

Overall stay was amazing, budget friendly and very clean rooms,, Only thing to mention is if the hotel can provide iron & iron board it would’ve been great
