I like the style of this hotel as it is newly remodeled. However, our room caught smoking smells in the bathroom. The staff tried to cover it with an air freshener, which was not helpful. Then the guests in the next room were fighting. The staff was young and tried to help, but the fighting continued. The cafe had live animals that should be in a zoo, which was disappointing too. The worst thing was no early check in. I was there very early and only wanted to check in an hour or two before, but it doesn't exist. That is hard when you travel all night. The breakfast was good, plentiful and hot!

Place ok. Just stayed there for a few hours in the morning after a long trip. However, I’ve never experienced such a low quality in service from the hotel staff at the reception. I arrived in the early morning with a private driver (clearly noticeable that I am certain about this place) and got instantly rejected with the words “no rooms”. When I said I booked already a room, he further didn’t listen and just repeated “no room, no rooms. You need to leave.” This was more than rude. When I showed him my booking confirmation, he looked at it without reading, took out google translate and tells again “no room, you need to leave”. I emphasized to look at the booking and then he suddenly was friendly. My girlfriend was already in the room as she arrived before from another place. I told the receptionist then to please give me a key card so that I don’t have to wake her up. He said, I should knock on the door. I emphasized that she is sleeping and should not be woken up. As if he has no brain at all, he turned around, picked up the phone and called the room to wake my girlfriend up. What was going on here? This is the worst trained staff of a “4 star hotel” I’ve ever had. Every Airbnb host or even child without training in hospitality would have more understanding in how to welcome a guest and how to deal with the situation. My girlfriend told me that the staff also didn’t take her luggage to bring it to the room for her. Again: This is an absolute horrific service and the hotel should not call itself any star hotel with such staff. An investment in the training of the staff would be probably better than in renovation. For me absolutely clear that I would not come there again, as I felt zero welcomed as a guest. Had a very restful stay at this hotel. Stayed for a short transit in Bangkok and would consider staying for longer in future trips to Bangkok. Good location - near DMK airport. malls. MRT and BTS just a short walk away. Staff are hospitable. 7 eleven at the ground floor. Room is comfortable.

Hotel was clean and big. We paid for additional breakfast at 295baht per adult and 205 per child. Overall it was a good hotel which is near the Huai Khwang MRT station. The only let down is there is no bell boy service which you have to carry all your luggage yourself. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

It's quite a distance from Hui Kwang Metro but the stretch in to hotel is lined with plenty of eateries and massage. There's also a night market and pubs nearby and I suggest just take a bike ride 20baht to get in and out hotel to metro / night market. Hotel itself is very industrial feel and we really love it. Instagramable place to visit. Rooftop pool and nice buffet spread (not extensive but sufficient to keep up full). Free hourly ride from hotel to metro is also a bonus. 7 eleven is just beside and also a hair salon. Hotel price is very reasonable n affordable at just abt $65 and with that saving, you can always take grab to any part of city.

Great service from Are and very warm welcome once I enter the door. Room is clean and quiet. Their linen is good and soft and I have a comfortable sleep. Breakfast selection is enough to fill me up for morning. Great place to stay and will definitely come back again.

The hotel located near the MRT Huaykwang. There is International dinner buffet in the hotel. The hotel is old style but very clean. The room is big and reasonable price.
