Was very upset with management of the hotels,not really taking care of the booking seriously using the manual system which is very difficult to track the booking.The security of the hotels and privacy not enough for families.Hard to negotiate with the management and please update your hotel system more further.The hotel cleanliness not achieved as expectations that they provide in the advertisement which are lack of anything.It would be nice if no smoke area was paid attention as you have to take care of the customers conditions.

The room is clean as expected. Will be back in this hotel again.

Smells cigarette smoke, very dirty….

Very good and convenient hotels

I booked and paid. But when I checked in at 11pm, he said it was full when I was overbooked. Dh why for others? While I already paid. Bad service. Regret booking for 2 weeks later. Terrible service
