Nice hotel, which is in a decent location if you want to visit Binlang Gu. The room was ok, small but enough for the 2 of us. Mountain View was nice in the morning.
The included breakfast was awful and something I regretted immediately. Limited choice of food and no water, tea or coffee offered. Very disappointing.
Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the park and answered our questions easily.

看到評分本來很擔心。入住後發現擔心是多餘的。入住退房都還順利。早餐品種不多但是很新鮮乾淨。禮賓部送人的大叔和小哥服務非常好。覺得提前想客人所想。5星都做不到。

海南環島遊，換了7-8個酒店，這是最差的一家。完全是接待旅行社團隊對的。一進門5-6個蚊子滿天飛，廁所一股下水道臭味，水是黃色的，請問如何洗漱？放了大半個小時還是如此黃的水。晚上9點還有企業在團建篝火晚會的，吵到不行。

客棧就在檳榔谷旁邊僅400米的距離，方便無自駕車遊客遊玩檳榔谷，我訂的田園房間正對檳榔谷景區，空氣好，風景靚，後三張照片就是在房間門口拍的景色，可惜下雨霧氣太大。前台和接駁車的服務員工作熱情，態度很好，主動解釋景區遊玩內容，令我在景區內很好地領略到黎苗族文化風俗。開車小夥子不嫌其煩地接送我們，主動為我們擦乾車椅上的雨水。

這個地方可能是不希望大家再來一次的，周圍基本沒有飯店，景區裏的飯店衹供應午餐，小吃攤5點就關了，基本找不到吃的，後來問了一圈人發現了一個供給工作人員晚餐的地方也對外供餐，才找到晚飯，交通相對滿意，司機都很禮貌。打掃阿姨早上八點來房間打掃，我們還睡着，沒來得及應門，開門就要進來，我還沒見過這樣打掃房間的。總之感受不好。
