AAnonymous UserI stayed at MO in Sanya before. The facilities were old and the beach was average. I was very disappointed, so I rarely chose MO afterwards.
When I booked this time, I saw that the Lucerne MO Hotel was newly renovated, so although the price was high, I booked two nights with the mentality of giving it another try. I really felt that it was excellent in all aspects and worth staying:
1) The decoration style is simple, elegant, exquisite, and fashionable, and the facilities are first-class and impeccable👍
2) The hotel has a superior geographical environment and is close to the lake.
3) The service is first-class. It can be seen that the waiters have been well trained and the service is in place.
The only regret is that I met a friend from Shanghai this time. She booked a room directly with the hotel at a cheaper price than Ctrip, and the hotel also upgraded her room type and gave her a consumption voucher. Ctrip is such a big company, it should be easier to get these, right?

The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to Lucerne train station, making it super convenient for getting around. A special shout-out to David, who checked us in – he was warm, humorous, and even upgraded our room for free! ⁽⁽ଘ😇ଓ⁾⁾

However, the price is a bit high; compared to hotels in China costing 300-500 yuan, the rooms are a bit smaller, but I suppose that's acceptable for Switzerland. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth staying here. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast selection is quite good.

GGuest UserI stayed in a suite, so the space was quite good. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The only issue was the shower water pressure, which kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Also, check-out time is very strict at 11 AM, with a maximum extension of only half an hour, so do keep that in mind. Overall, this hotel is great for business travelers; the location is convenient, and the decor is very new. Recommended! 👍

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great that the train station is just across the road. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room is having some problems initially but the staff is helpful and manages to change another room for us.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel with antique decoration and a small elevator. The view of Lake Lucerne is just outside the room window. The breakfast is good. Parking is not very convenient. You cannot park at the door of the hotel. There is a social parking lot opposite that charges a fee (temporary parking is free). There are two hotel-specific parking spaces, but they are often not available. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After checking in, the front desk will inform you of the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, and you can park for free.

AAnonymous UserA very clean castle hotel with a classic feel. The toiletries are also British brands. The breakfast is satisfactory. The location is excellent and you can overlook the whole city. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. It gave me a very good and warm feeling. If there is another chance, I will bring my family here again.

AAnonymous UserAfter booking the room, you can enter through the adjacent cafe. You check in yourself using the machine at the entrance, and then activate your room key card (pick it up from the small blue box nearby). The room is on the top floor. It's small but very clean and tidy. There's a large bed, suitable for two people. The bathroom is quite small, only fitting one person at a time. Downstairs, there's a cafe where you can have breakfast. It's suitable for tourists.

GGuest UserExcellent location. Close to Chapel Bridge, Altstadt & the tram-stop to the Main Train Station is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel.
Room is amazing. Bed is comfy & warm. Stayed on a higher floor where there's a balcony 😍
Breakfast was the basics, nothing fancy...but spread was good enough to kickstart your day. I'm grateful breakfast came with room.
I'll definitely return for a stay when I visit Lucerne again! Highly recommended!👍👍👍
