"Had a wonderful experience staying at Skyport Hotel Manila! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts is the airport shuttle service — very convenient, especially when traveling with kids and luggage. The location is also ideal for short stays or transit, making travel smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great choice for families, especially those traveling with children. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service in Manila! 🌟"

Amazing
GGuest UserUnexpectedly gorgeous room upgrade! I was initially placed in an incredibly noisy room with zero soundproofing. I could hear everything – the AC, doors slamming outside, and people talking in the hallway. After a grueling day of travel (I missed my Bohol flight because I messed up my stock trading!), all I wanted was a quiet place near the airport to sleep. I even specifically requested a quiet room in my booking notes. Yet, I was kept up until past 2 AM by all the noise. I was so upset I almost cried. Thankfully, the front desk immediately upgraded me to this amazing room! It's absolutely perfect. The room is huge, and I can actually close the door and enjoy real peace and quiet. I ended up sleeping until the afternoon, I didn't want to get up! 💓 Thank you for this wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and security at the entrance was strict. The bed was quite large too. Downstairs there's an **, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are still amazing; I've been many times and will definitely come back again.

IIC SumileThe staff were generally warm, friendly, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. However, we did have some concerns with housekeeping. The room did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom sink was not properly wiped down, and the mini table in the living area still had chocolate stains even after housekeeping. The bedsheets were also not changed despite the proper indications being in place. The bath essentials were almost empty when we first used them, and although we left a note requesting refills, it would have been better if this had been checked proactively. The amenity kits also felt a bit lacking. On a positive note, our experience at Conrad Spa Manila was the highlight of our stay. It was truly worth the splurge and the best thing we did during our visit. We hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.

JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

AAowupimengwangAnother stay here, and it's improved a lot since last time. First off, the low room rate still makes it an incredibly value-for-money option. Secondly, upon entering the room this time, I noticed the smell was much less prominent than before; perhaps the hotel aired it out beforehand, as there was even a faint pleasant scent. Additionally, the room facilities maintain a standard comparable to Home Inns back home, which is quite rare to find abroad. Plus, it's reasonably convenient for both the airport and the train station. I highly recommend this hotel, especially as a cost-effective option for an overnight stay when catching an early flight or late bus.

MMarianne from UKWe stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again.

GGuest UserMy 2-night stay in Manila was truly a story for the absurd. When I checked into room #4008 at 8 PM on April 9th, everything seemed normal. However, on the morning of April 10th at 8 AM, since I had booked two nights – the first in a standard room and the second in a queen room – I packed all my clothes neatly, ready for the cleaning staff to transfer my personal belongings later that afternoon. I was a bit worried at the time, so I even took a photo of my folded clothes as proof (please see attachment). At 9 AM on April 10th, I went to the front desk and explained my situation. They assigned me a new room, #2010. I specifically asked them to help transfer my clothes from room #4008 to my new room. The young woman at the reception said, “Okay, sure.” When I returned from work at the factory at 6:00 PM on April 10th and entered room #2010, getting ready for an evening party, I discovered that the clothes I needed to change into were missing. I immediately rushed to the front desk to inquire. Initially, they were hesitant and evasive, but after my persistent questioning, they admitted that due to an internal communication error, my clothes had been treated as miscellaneous items and disposed of by their staff. Naturally, I was not satisfied with this answer and demanded an internal investigation. After all, the items I left were neatly folded and placed on hangers – clean clothes and shoes – there was no reason for them to be treated as trash. As I continued to discuss with them, they asked an irritating question: “Who did you tell at the front desk when you gave them the task on the morning of April 10th?” In my opinion, with numerous cameras at the hotel’s front desk and check-in records for staff, identifying which staff member made the mistake (or oversight) should be an internal responsibility of the hotel, not something an overseas guest should have to figure out. After about 15 minutes of discussion, they finally located some of my clothes with the housekeeping team and asked me to wait in my room. So I waited in my room from 7:00 PM until 7:30 PM until the service staff brought my bag of clothes. Upon checking, 6-7 items were still missing. Due to the repeated hassle and the lack of proper attire, attending the evening party was clearly out of the question. However, continuing to argue with the hotel staff seemed fruitless, so my companion and I simply went to a nearby mall for a quick dinner. When I returned after dinner at 9:10 PM and opened my room, thankfully, I finally received the remaining bag of clothes...

AAndy LondonThis is a lovely little hotel with supper friendly staff. The swimming pool and garden are really nice considering it is in the middle of a city. It is primarily a hotel for Filipinos, not many westerners there. The only downside is the location, it is not easy to get to or from without a grab account

AAnonymous UserThere were small cockroaches in the bathroom, which was concerning. I also didn’t appreciate the cook’s attitude, as they made decisions about the food without asking for our consent. Despite these issues, I still liked the room—it had a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, and the temperature was pleasantly cold.
